I’m updating my review. I honestly felt scammed at first because This company makes it seem as if you’re getting a credit line with them which I thought meant I could buy some things on credit then make monthly payments but in reality they charge you up front then you make payments. Any who I had giving them a bad review because I felt scammed but they actually reached out to me and tried to resolve my situation which I appreciated and their shipping is like extremely fast. I received my ordered in 2 days!!! So that was nice. I’m not sure if I would order from them again though because some of the the stuff they sell is over priced and then they charge you a high shipping fee and tax but besides I appreciated someone reaching out to me via email. Oh and that’s another thing. They do not have a direct line. You must email them and then someone gets in contact with you.

This company is ok. The way they do the shipping though makes absolutely no sense at all. If your into ordering something and paying a insane amount for shipping. Then dont care if it gets there a year later. Then use this place. Also forget about getting a answer about anything or for that matter a honest one.

If I could give zero stars, I would,, Poor customer service, my account was hacked and fraudulent orders placed, there is no number to call for support, you have to send an email, buy the time they get the email and respond, the items already shipped, no way to stop the order. You would think that their fraud department would catch the fact that my billing address is in Nevada and the fraudulent orders are going to Florida. I wont be doing business with this company in the future.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I placed an order two weeks ago and I still have not received it. I called fed ex and they informed me that my items were considered lost since its been over 7 days with no delivery update. I sent Zebit an email and no response. I have my first payment due tomorrow and I dont even have what I ordered. Is there a corporate number that I can call? This is just ridiculous.

This company is absolutely terrible it approved my credit line online so I decided to pay for the card for the Wayfair, as soon as I gave him the money they said they canceled my account and said that I was no longer qualified what kind of scam is this? I sent the email saying Im going to call the better Business bureau this needs to be done and they cant be ripping off customers for their money!

I have ordered 2items and paid them off those were not a problem, but a month ago i ordered a phone that never showed up so a kind rep emailed me back and gave me a refund. Now im having a problem with this new xbox i ordered that has not even shipped and they want a paymengi tried emailing and i get the same generic response. I want to talk to someone on the phone instead of being given the run a round. I want my money back that i have already paid since ive been lied to by several different reps.

Order a $450 sound bar I know I already over paid for and it doesn’t even power on they do t respond to emails and conveniently don’t have a phone number to call so I will be canceling my automated payments until they want there money bad enough they call me!!!

Sorry to say...my first few transactions were actually ok. Then, as there always is, an issue occured which they were not willing to rectify in the slightest.A company making the money they do off last years models should think twice about an all sales are final approach . Sometimes a little common sense goes a long way.I ordered a TV which did NOT get shipped within the five days ( you have an option to pay more at checkout for faster shipping). When the five business days came and went I asked to cancel the order. Their response? Wow, no we cant, our orders to the vendors happen too fast.Sooo, such lightening speed they havent sent the product? And you are telling me you cant cancel an order that hasnt shipped yet? I call huge BS.

Worse experience ever with any company! I spoke to a rude customer service rep named Jennifer. She was unable to help with my billing problems. Asked to receive a email with information that was need to process my order. She never sent the email. I called back about 30 minutes and spoke to somebody else that send it right away. Afterwards, I asked to close the account because it wasn’t a good fit. While processing closing my account, they ALREADY charge my card for a purchase I didn’t receive. Now I have play a waiting game of 5-7 days to get my money back when it took Zebit 5 second to take! This is unbelievable!

Love buying from Zebit and paying over time without any interest. I paid my apple watch in 12 payments and used Babies R Us e-certificate to purchase the Owlet Baby Monitor and Madela sonata breast pump. I couldnt have done this without the help of Zebit. Highly recommend it!

Dear zebit, due to your poor service and unacceptable transactions, I will no longer be a customer on your website. Very poor customer service for one, two they charged my account two times and havent put the money back to my account. They gave me the run around about putting the money into my account but yet so quick to take the money. Dont recommend this site any more. I am highly disappointed.

Very convenient online shop

This company can’t keep up with the current market. A lot of their products are double the price and not even the current model. What a joke.

They denied me after I gave them access to my bank account so I’m wondering if this was a gimmick to get my personal info.
