We just went into the fashion valley store and had the most amazing shopping experience with Jordan. He is amazing and took his time explaining some of the pieces to us and the history behind each piece. I loved listening to him and so did my daughter. She went out of her way to help me replace the item even though at the end we found out it was purchased in another location. I live two hours away from this location, and even though i have a store 40 minutes away from me, I would be willing to drive to this location and make a day out of it. I spent $80 for a silver ring only to find out its just plated. I took it back and they told me I shouldnt wash my hands with it on. ???! I told them nobody warned me. So cheap. Dont do it.

THIEVES! I brought in a watch that was 300$ to this location for a BATTERY replacement and the store manager promptly took it and said that they would find a replacement watch because it was still under warranty. One month later, the watch is no where to be found NOR is the manager. They literally stole my watch! I will be writing to the headquarters.
