I have had no problem with these guys. If you take the time to read the fine print you would realize that this is the Aldi of military/field gear stuff. I love shopping through this company and most of the negative comments are basically from self absorbed bro-vets and boomer vets who just feel the need to be entitled to everything they see. Its a great website for first responders and military.

I keep trying to give this company business but they keep driving me away. They never ship on time, I mean weeks not days and customer service is s joke. They are third world quality. Best advise is looking don’t look here.

Great prices, Ive ordered 2 pairs of boots from them. Unfortunately the second pair I purchased never arrived, though Im 99% sure it was the post offices fault. Regardless, GOVX promptly shipped me a new pair for free and where very respectful.

What a damn disappointment. I was going to purchase some things off this site because of the “military” discounts. There is no discounts when you price everything higher than Amazon... and it’s available on Amazon for $20 less and more at times. Good job on your marketing skills and social media engagement but I’ll have to pass on this ecommerce store. You are suckering in veterans into buying overpriced merchandise.

Bait and switch tactics during a recent promotion sale on optics equipment. Item was listed for sale then removed after I wanted to confirm it was authentic. Bad business hiding behind the American flag. (Update: Found my product much cheaper, with other free accessories, AND was the newest version of the product thru an authorized dealer)

Great website for active duty, reserve & retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces and related government agencies. They work with awesome companies like Spy, Matuse, Nikon, Stance, Sector 9, Firewire Surfboards, Dakine, Raen, Kaenon and Xcel wetsuits.I highly recommend it for anyone working for government agencies!
