The owner is very tech savvy and constantly looks for innovative ways to work with online retail store owners including having the latest API integrations and EDI connections.They are different from warehousing behemoths like Amazon because they show how much they truly care for their customers. They build a relationship with their clients and find out what is best for the customer. They are very responsive with a customer service rep assigned to your account.In addition, their order fulfillment warehouses are able to quickly adapt to changing market conditions. For example, when Amazon started delaying shipments and not receiving products for non essential items as the national COVID-19 crisis grew, Fulex was still shipping its customers products anywhere in the US within 2 days.They are a great partner to have if youre in the online retail space!
