I got the test kit pretty fast but never used it. I tried to get a refund but they wont return any of my calls or emails. So just make sure you need the kit because you can forget about getting a refund.

Beyond frustrated with thelack of communication from this company. I have tried to contact them numerous times about an order that was delivered in another state instead of to my home. Not once have I got any kind of response. The tests that showed up the other times have been okay,only had 1 dud... but the lack of communication or response to their auto notice inquiries about my last order is completely unacceptable.

I DO NOT recommend this company.. I purchased 2 test kits ...There are three issues...1. the instructions for taking the test dont match the type of test cup in the package. 2. Upon opening one package I noticed the test cup showed rose colored bands in the C and T area giving the appearance of that the test had been used or its a defective test cup 3. I used to second test cup. Results for 10 substances appeared and the test ready area was rose colored however by the time the other 4 results appeared the results expired area was bright red... I emailed them explaning this and have not received a response

I have purchased a few times, great prices, quick delivery BUT test are not always accurate on their results. I do not or have not used any drugs and I had a positive result. This has happened a few times, I have sent emails, pictures of the product and lot/item numbers. No response, I have called, no answer. I have sent numerous people to Countrywide and I think I will be looking for a more responsive company. The people I’m using the tests on depend on an accurate reading. This could cause them to be put into an inpatient program or worse, jail!

I needed glucose tests got fentanol test. There is no customer service. Their numbers are cell phones and they never set up the mailbox. I call/ text almost daily for 3 weeks and no calls or text back. Not sure their tests are real or accurate. I would not recommend using this company.

Had a mix up with some products i ordered but Chelsea went above and beyond to fix my issues. Very friendly and fantastic customer service - was happily surprised!!! Will be shopping only at countrywide here out just because of her !!! Highly recommend!!

Covid-19 Rapid IgG and IgM tests were found to be ineffective and were listed on a panel of tests that were no longer allowed to be used. I emailed several times about responses to the tests that were sold and those emails were ignored and nobody returned my messages.

This is my second time using them. Its such an affordable price for a hair drug test. 18 panels is a lot at other places could be 100+ dollars. They only charge like 46 dollars. My last one I ordered came extremely fast, then when I sent my hair back to them my results came back fast. When I had an issue trying to understand what one of the results meant or why it looked the way it did I called customer service and they were so kind. I will always use them.

After placing our first order with Countrywide Testing we were slightly disappointed when we found out most of our cups were messed up upon delivery. After a few emails with Chelsea we were able to get the order fixed and they were nice enough to replace the damaged cups at no cost to us! A+ customer service will be buying from here again!
