I have been using Accredited Interchange services for all of my businesses for the last 5 years and have had only positive experiences. My ability to generate and email invoices while having payments linked to my bookkeeping software has been very convenient and makes my business run smooth. My agent always answers the phone when I call too.

Ive been with Accredited Interchange for several years now and I love them. They have done everything right and worked very hard to keep me happy. I purchased my own equipment a few months before signing up with them and they were very understanding with my concern on waisting money so they reprogrammed it. Then when the chip card was required they sent me a free machine to use that was set up to accept those cards. My fees are not excessive, and I plan to stay with them for years to come.

I have been in business for over 20 years and have worked with multiple companies for my ability to accept credit cards. When I first met Landon, my Accredited rep, I was over paying for credit card fees, was locked into 2 leases for machines I dont even use and I was unable to get anyone on the phone to help me out. Landon literally cut my fees in half and helped me to negotiate and close out my terminal leases. Every time I call Accredited I am able to speak to a human, not a machine, and all the promises made by Landon have been met. This company is by far the most professional and courteous credit card company I have ever worked with. I would recommend them.

I just switched my mobile processing to Accredited Interchange 6 months ago. So far everything has been great! Theyre cheaper then my old mobile processing account that I was using with Square and the mobile application is a lot more user friendly. The decision to work with Accredited Interchange was the best decision Ive made for my business this year.

Good service and rates are low. Happy with the switch. I was hesitant to switch because I was called by Accredited Interchange and they explained everything to me over the phone. I normally do not accept phone solicitations at work but the caller was very convincing. I scheduled to meet with their salesman thomas and he was very helpful.

This company has been very good to me and good for my business. My costs for accepting cards has dropped significantly and my POS software is very easy to use which makes it very convenient for training my staff. Customer service is great too. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My Agent/Representative Thomas Cody is very thorough. He contacts me right away with any issues or concerns I may have which makes me feel very secure using this company. Also, I am very satisfied with the services and rates. I get approached weekly by other merchant companies to switch to there services but no that has been able to beat my rate. I will be staying with Accredited Interchange. They match proposals anyways even though I have not had a better option to show them so far.

Im a personal trainer, so 95% of my clients at my gym use auto pay debit transactions. Before upgrading to the interchange platform with Accredited I paying an arm and a leg in processing fees with my bank. Since I switched to using Accredited as my interchange provider in 2014, Ive saved about almost $2,000 a year in fees alone. Not to mention the free supplies they provide. I have been very pleased with my experience thus far, and i look forward to continuing with Accredited Interchange.

I own a couple locations to a hair salon franchise, but I work 3 jobs. An agent from accredited interchange came to my place of business at 8pm to meet me so that we could discuss doing business, and I liked the way the deal sounded so I signed up. The problem with my schedule is that I can only manage my shops during odd hours. The agent was amazing, he showed up at 8pm again on a Friday to take care of one location, and was at my other location the next morning, SATURDAY, at 8am to set up the other location. I admire his dedication. Its been one month so far and my first statement came back $120 cheaper for one location, and I saved just over $150 the other location. All around working with accredited interchange has been a great experience.

They always take my calls promptly and assist when needed. It is nice to not have to deal with long hold times and automated systems. The customer service in the best in the industry.

My rates have not been raised in over 4 years. I have had to replace my credit card terminal several times due a bad electrical socket and they always send my replacement the same day with no questions asked and no extra cost. Accredited has made it very easy to not worry about this particular aspect of my business.

Great payment processing company! They have proven to be dedicated to finding me the best rates possible and didnt try to scam me like all the other companies Ive ever worked with. At first i was unsure of this company. They called me several times to convince me to meet with their local agent Landon. The scheduling caller, Johnny, was very convincing with his persistence so eventually he wore me down and I met with the agent. Glad I did. My fees are down, Landon checks in on me monthly and I get my deposits the NEXT DAY! So glad Johnny was so convincing on the phone... I almost missed out on a good opportunity.

I have never had any issues or delays in my processing. My equipment has been upgraded several times over the years but never at a cost to me. Thomas Cody is great. Very professional and even took the time to educate me on how the interchange process works. Its nice to work with such good people. Now that I have been coached on how to properly pass my level two and three data all my ecommerce transactions are costing me less and I am getting less chargebacks. I would refer Accredited to any business that accepts credit cards.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that I do not have to speak to a robot or an overseas call center when I call for help. They always answer and they are very knowledgable. My previous 3 providers for this type of service were all overcharging me and it was near impossible to get any help over the phone. I was placed into several large leases for equipment the was not under warranty and my rates seemed to be going up every 2 months. So far with Accredited Interchange they have helped me to close out all my old accounts, they helped negotiate cheaper lease buyouts, they upgraded all my card machines for free and they are saving me hundreds of dollars a month! They made this process so easy for me and took away all the stress from the transition I just had to get on here and let everyone know.

After hearing him out I decided to work with him -- he cut my fees in half and upgraded my credit card machine. I have been checking my statements every month because I have been burned by merchant companies in the past but everything I was promised is true. I have had to call Accredited Interchange a few times for help with transactions and a recent chargeback and their customer service team proved to be just as impressive as my agent. I was using square for my company M.e.d. Men inc. Prior to signing up with Accredited I was trying to deter credit card payments. It was not only the high processing fee, but also the additional costs for typing in cards manually, and lastly the wait for the funds to clear. Since switching to Accredited they have accommodated my every processing need. My processing costs are so low now, and I get my money within 24 hours. I am a mobile business and have multiple employees out in different locations, I just yesterday got off the phone with my agent. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to get my new locations set up, my agent was really on point. Thanks again.

WORST MERCHANT EVER!!First, they told me I was being over charged, even though my current provider had me listed as a low risk merchant and that I would not be charged more than 1.7%, guaranteed. The sales person told me that my contract would be month to month and I could cancel for any reason, if I was unhappy or that if my rate was more than 1.7%, which includes the terminal, AMEX charges, and all fees.That night I spoke to my current merchant provider and they mentioned that the figures Accredited Interchange had quoted me were misleading and that at my current low risk rate, they were only making approx. $15 off my monthly transactions.That same day, I emailed my sale rep for Accredited Interchange that I decided to continue on with my current merchant and that I would like to return my terminal. After never responding to my email I received a processing fee for $58 dollars. on the $0.02 the sales person had charge on my terminal. After that I emailed him again, stating that I was charged $58, that I was unhappy and that I wanted to cancel my month to month contract.He told me that I need to ship the terminal back to San Diego with a cancellation letter, which I did. That next month they then charged my account $497.Please do not listen to their lies... They are not cheap and they will not save you money!

Promised a great rate, but 2 months into it they are exactly 1 point higher than what was promised. They simply said that it turned out they couldnt give me as good of a rate as they promised. Also, being charged a seperate $56 per month for leasing the equiment which was also supposed to be built into the monthly charge. Very dishonest company. The salesman Landan seemed like a great guy but he wont even call me back now. Steer clear of this company.

These guys are crazy! Not sure exactly what they do but their presentation scared the heck out of me. Jake and Chris tagged teamed has they tormented me over the phone this morning using aggression, manipulation and deception in trying to SELL me something. They evaded answering all my questions focusing intently on trying to set up an appointment with me for something they wouldn’t give me a clear answer on. I would not recommend engaging in a conversation with these people.

I contacted Chris at the San Diego office and informed him that I never wanted to hear from their company again. He asked for my phone number and said he would take us off their call list immediately. I confirmed with Chris that I never, ever wanted to hear from them again. Asked Are we clear. His response Loud and Clear - 10-4.

We have been getting several unsolicited calls from this company promising help for PCI compliance when we dont even do enough credit cards transactions to qualify for PCI compliance. I have told them every time to stop calling and remove our name and number from the list. Today they called again stating that I asked their boss to have a rep call me which is a complete lie! I told him that I would be reporting the company to the better business bureau for harrassment. DO NOT use this company!

I recently upgraded my phone systems and added high speed internet to my restaurant. We are using six credit card machines and they all had to be updated for internet use because I was using phone lines. The customer service team at Accredited made the transition very easy for me. Rather than making me run around for several hours and attempt to update every terminal individually, they just did it at their office and overnighted me 6 brand new terminals already setup for internet. They sent me a return label and scheduled a pickup for the return of my 6 dial up terminals. All I had to do was plug them in keep on taking orders. Great customer service and very fast.

My food truck team is so much happier with the wireless credit card machines! We were using phones before but the apps always gave us trouble.

Mr. Cody gave me his personal business card with a disconnected phone number. I phoned his office and they would not allow me to speak with him. They just ran me in circles until I gave up hope. This is why:I signed a no commitment contract. After which I was told I was on a 24 month equipment lease with a company called FDGL. After the 24 months, I was told it was a 48 month lease. To date, no one has produced any document that I have signed. However, they have refused to cancel my contract. They have my bank info and Accredited Interchange (FDGL) are holding my business hostage.If you own a business, stay away from Accredited Interchange. They will lie to you without a second thought.I would say they are unprofessional, but that is not true. They are professional swindlers. This company came in telling me your credit card company is ripping you off! Well they convinced me that I was getting ripped off so I signed up with them. Well now the fees and charges they are charging me are outrageous! And much more than my other company that was ripping me offI have tried calling them numerous times and they say we never received your calls Its a good thing we live in the 21st century and there are call logs for everyone. As I was talking to Jonathan he hung up on me. Then called me back and said Did you hang up on me? yes i did mid way through my explanation. Trying to basically point the finger at me when he clearly hung up on me. When I asked for his full name he said you called me I dont need to give you my name. Very rude and unprofessional, cut me off mid way through my sentences and explanations.I asked him to cancel my account. He said there is a $2500 fee! Thats outrageous! I asked well you dont have a grace period if clients are unhappy? He said you are not unhappy with me you are unhappy with your previous company. How did you come up with that conclusion? Im cancelling you service because I am unhappy with you not another company.So we are still in limbo. After two weeks of calling and no answer, now we have been waiting for the cancellation email that has not been sent.Stay away from them at all costs!

As a small new business owner I has high hopes for processing my high profile customers with Accredited after they promised more saving form my other processor. Sadly, I had some fraud happen on my account and due to this ... this company with-held funds for more than 2 months worth of transactions due to this situation. I have gone through several hoops, sending in several documents and with no customer support in releasing my hard earned money! I am on week three of waiting for the next representative to help me in this matter. I am writing this review because I had a lady hang up on me and they are not returning my calls! Something like this can make or break a new business like mine. I cant believe this disrespect of this company. Not just one individual, EVERY service representative has been less than competent. I will take legal action if this is not resolved.

Beware of this company, its a scam. My representative, Thomas Cody, came here and promoted a lot of BS to me. I was told this would save me money, I was told there is no monthly fee, but yet theyre charging me $50 a month and other fees. I was told the charge anywhere app is free but i am getting charged by them also. i was told to do a $1 charge a month to avoid monthly fees, this month i had no sales, rang up one dollar and got charged 53.94 by them and 25.10 by charge anywhere. I was specifically told this would save me money from using the square app. This has actually cost me a lot more. I have recently come to cancel my service and Im being told theres a $1,600 penalty for canceling. The customer service has been horrible. I have tried to reach out to my rep numerous times and he refuses to call me back. I will be taking legal action and I will be cancelling my service with them. Do not deal with this company, you are better off using the square app or other processing services that charge you a flat rate and dont try to scam hard-earned money from small businesses.its very obvious the majority of the reviews saying positive stuff are fake, which is also illegal. do NOT deal with this company.Update: they sent me to collections after 3 days of not getting their payment cuz i closed my account, law requires you be 30 days delinquent before collections. i also found out Thomas Cody is not really who he says to be, he is one of the Zarnekis brothers (they are twins) listed as ceo on BBB. i hired a PI because of the defamatory reviews left on my business and concluded it was from them. i sent an email demanding the collections be reversed and the reviews be removed or i will take legal action for defamation. they reversed the collections immediately and closed my acct with no more hassle. they denied leaving reviews on my business, but the reviews were removed the same day. it was a nightmare but Im glad its over with.

A sales rep comes in for 15 minutes takes some information to see what rates our companies qualify for and the next thing you know, without any approval, Im being billed, directly out of our bank account, $50.00 a month for merchant fees and $100.00 a month for equipment. Ive never used their services and they refuse to pay us back. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
