I can not even give 1/8 of a star. No one I spoke to has the least bit of concern to get the customer their products. I will be letting HomeDepot know that I suggest that they cancel any contract that they have for deliveries with Sun Distributing. Worse service, customer service and communication skills. Rude and unwilling to work with anyone. The only reason 1 star is showing is because this would not post without giving a starI can now say that Sun Distributing made it right. Thank you to Barb and her co worker for a timely and professional delivery. Thank you to Mr. Thomas for being a concerned business owner and doing the right thing.

This company is incredibly incapable, unprofessional and simply chaotic. Two weeks ago, I spoke to Kim who arranged to pick up my shower door. It was left outside with an attached note (per her request). Two weeks later and the shower door is still in my front yard and...Kim called again...she left a VM asking if I had one or two doors for pick up. 😂And no surprise Kim called again today saying they cant pick up the door without me being home. So...back to square one.Unbelievable. I would rate them a 0 if it were possible.

In all of my 52 years of experience with distribution and logistics, I have never encountered a company with such professionalism, expertise, sterling customer service, devotion, good will, and benevolence as Sun Distributing in San Diego. They get the job done and do it right.

I cant put a negative number so Im giving them 1 star. Ive been waiting for weeks for them to pick up a return for Home Depot and EVERY time they say they came by and I wasnt home. They never rang the doorbell- they probably drove by and saw an empty driveway since I moved my car for them to park. AWFUL!!!!!

The worst customer service ever. I couldnt get through to anyone, and no one returned my calls. I had to take my business elsewhere. I dont believe they know what they are doing.

Absolutely Horrible Terrible Rude Customer Service as well as Owner of this Distribution. A shame to call them a distribution at all.
