This outfit has called me four times, each time asking to speak with someone I do not know, someone who does not live at my address -- much less use my telephone. I have asked the companys reps to stop calling my number, but my requests -- thus far -- have been ignored. In one instance, the companys rep openly mocked me when I told her to stop calling my number. If I continue getting these calls, my next step will be to file a telephone harassment complaint against this company with the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and with the appropriate state law enforcement agencies.

Called regarding a debt that has already been settled. Paid it, then a year later started calling about the same debt that had already been paid. When I told the rep my debt was settled already, rather than address it, he hung up.
