I cant recommend their services enough! They helped me more than I could ever explain. Very responsive even after business hours. I am so very thankful for this business and all they helped me with.

*BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY* NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED! I worked with Jay and NONE of the terms that were agreed upon were honored and NONE of the services that I had paid $400 for were rendered. Nothing but a complete waste of my money and time, but also a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience to say the least. Not to mention, I feel completely taken advantage of... Not a single thing was done or changed on my account. The entire time, I had to chase Jay to see if there was any update. I even had to call the debt companies myself and remain on the line a few times! Wasn’t the whole point of hiring someone to avoid all of that? Also, while working with Jay, he was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional not only to me but to my mother as well, using statements such as, “What’s your problem?”, and “You need to calm down!” (Ironically, I was very “calm” throughout the entire process). Does he also treat his male clients this way? As a Doctorate student (imagine someone stealing $400 from your daughter or son), $400 is a lot of money, so to have this money stolen from me especially during COVID times has really affected my livelihood and just overall psychological well-being.

Dispute Resolution resolved and cleaned up my terrible credit...went from a score of 576 to 740. I have recommended 5 friends and business associates and they have all had similar positive results...in a very short period of time. Dispute was able to remove negative items and settle debts in a way that boosted all of our scores. Highly personalized service....not one of those radio/TV advertising companies that assign you to inexperienced telephone agents who follow a script. And Dsiputes pricing is reasonable and sucess based.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I paid $500.00 to fix issues with my credit back in Feb 2020 and to date, nothing has been done. I had to get in contact with this company after receiving notices from creditors that were supposed to be taken care of and was met with horrible customer service and excuses. Rip off, took my money and ran away. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND JAY
