Debtwave was recommended to me by a friend, and at first I was skeptical. I didnt expect to have such a big balance on my credit card, but had some necessary medical expenses. I thought I could pay most of it off by the end of the promo no interest period. The pandemic hit, my hours at that job were reduced, and no matter how much extra I paid, it didnt seem to put a dent in the interest. I was getting nowhere fast. After some research, I did call Debtwave. About six months later, I see my balance continuously lowering, and over $1000 has been paid off! The only con I experienced was that when I called one of the reps back around the time she stated, I could not get ahold of her. Several days later, I heard from another rep and got back to her at said time, to wait again. She did contact me back several days later and was able to place me or get the ball rolling. I think the whole thing had to do with COVID and people working from home with client volume.

I started using DebtWave around October of 2019, today is April 2 and I’m still with them. I really love their services and the agents are really nice and help you out with any questions. They even give you advise on how to better spend your money and save up. I had an issue with one of my credit cards (the credit card company didn’t want to give DebtWave authority to consolidate or something like that) and my agent got on a three way call with me and my bank to help sort out the issue m. It was great. Not to mention the fact that my interest rates dropped drastically. I have 3 credit cards that I’m paying off through them and it’s just one payment a month. Since my interest dropped by a lot, more of the money I pay monthly actually goes into paying my credit cards and not the interest. I have recommended it to a lot of my friends and family members. Really grateful that my friend introduced me to them!

I made the right decision in signing up with DebtWave. The lower interest rates to pay off my credit card debt make a big difference to me. I did not know to expect that some credit scorers now see me as using 200% and more of my available credit, as the balances are still reported but the credit accounts are closed. That doesnt matter to me, though.

Chris has communicated and worked with all of the accounts and it as worked out pretty well. They are very flexible and understanding. I have had them work with me for six months and have seen a lot of success. They are very transparent every step of the way and have a very user friendly portal to track the progress of everything. They get an A+ in my books. Im very glad I found them.

Debtwave has been great! They have been helping me for the past 6 months. Before finding them I was contacted by a different company that would have ruined my credit. Debtwave negotiated with my creditor for a lower rate and was able to reach an agreement with them so that I never had to slow pay the way the other company wanted. My experience with the team of highly trained employees at Debtwave Credit Counseling has been exemplary! From the very start I was impressed with how detailed and attentive and sincere everyone was. I have to say from the initial interview to actually setting up my Debt Management plan I have felt that I made an excellent decision to enroll into their Debt Management Plan! Now that 6 months have passed I know even more that I made a sound and positive decision to get my Personal debt in check and ultimately become debt free!

Having one payment for all of my unsecured debt and loan payments has really helped my family. DebtWave was able to renegotiate rates with companies such as Discover card that had jacked my rates up to as high as 24.99% even though I had 1) never missed a payment and 2) had over a 700 credit score. My rate with Discover is now 6.99% and they had similar negotiations with other creditors. Thanks to DebtWave, I will have all of our debt paid off in a little over 3 years as opposed to 37. What a relief!

DebtWave literally saved my life. I am 73 and I was (am) thousands of dollars in credit card debt. I closed out nine credit cards and kept three. They take a set amount out of my checking account each month to pay the nine cards and they were able to get the monthly interest rate lowered by an incredible amount. It would have taken me 34 years to pay off the amount of debt I had with these cards and the interest buildup I had on the cards, but with DebtWave it will take three years. Debtwave is legit. I’ve been on the program for six months and Im finally paying down my debt with their help. They negotiated hella low interest rates on my credit cards (from 24% APR average down to 9% APR average) And now my monthly payment is only $350 for all my 6 credit cards (including Debtwave’s cut) that have over $12,000 in debt. And I’ll be debt free in only 3 years with only the minimum payment on my cards. Debtwave is hella legit. There’s seriously no pressure It’s seriously almost too good to be true but they’re legit. If you have any doubts just call them.

Debtwave has been a great program for me and my wife, just what we needed. We got in over our heads in debt and when we found out about Debtwave we were very excited to get a second chance to get our debt paid off. We have been on the program for several months now and have made a significant dent in our debt, not only that but they made our minimum payments and interest more affordable for us while still paying the full debt off, so we dont have to worry about lawsuits or creditors calling us.
