“Yeah go head” is how they answer the phone here. Crazy right!?! I’m actually laughing as I write this review because I don’t understand how someone can stay in business with that kind of customer service. The rude introduction was followed up with a $65 diagnostic fee. I explained to them that I simply need a new laptop screen. “Doesn’t matter buddy, always a $65 diagnostic fee”. There’s nothing to diagnose. Lol.
