We tried these guys tech support service after the last company failed to progress wit out new setup. Mike was super personable and came out to introduce himself, met with us for some network consulting followed by his tam the next day. Wow! What a difference! We had some problems with setting up our new office at our new location. Michael met with us to see whats was going on. All our workstations were back online An hour or so later. We needed a cabling job knocked out for one of our satellite offices. They were able to conduct everything over the email after we provided them with some basic cable management specs. They showed up and time knocked out all the cable drops within a timely manner. It was a pretty painless endeavor.

Our file server went down for our landscaping group. We were able to get Jorge over for immediate assistance who provided excellent network IT support. It turned out our RAID system failed and they had had to do a duck tape solution to get us back up and running the same day. I wish all IT specialists were this easy to work with. I called these guys to help with setting up my new office network. Mike was quick to respond to my inquiry and very professional. I appreciated that they took the time to explain things to me like a normal person when I had dumb questions or wanted to know some of the details of the network so I could do things on my own from time to time.MIke followed up with me about a week after to make sure everything was working well. We use eclinicalworks for our EMR at the office. Michael has been managing the IT for the past six year. It’s imperative that our IT guy has intimate understanding of our system as we want resolution to today’s problem, yesterday. His team comes in periodically to handle break and repair issues. They get small business and that’s why we continue to use them.

HIPAA is a nightmare that we have dealing like forever now. We contacted NetworkAntics’s to free ourselves from compliance issues and get specialist to handle the task. $1600 later they knocked a risk assessment and remediation report to see what glaring omissions we had with our medical group. We are now well on our way to have a much more secure network and physical environment.
