Lara has taken care of my rental property flawlessly for the past 9 years, and she does a fabulous job! Good property managers are really hard to come by. The job sounds simple - find tenants, collect rent, answer repair calls, etc, but its much more complicated than that. In fact, very few property managers do it right - I know, having been a landlord in one city and a tenant in another at the same time. Lets just say those property managers werent Lara! She has found great tenants who always paid on time, took good care of my property, stayed much longer than their initial leases, and made sure any repairs or tenant needs were taken care of the right way and in a timely fashion. On deployment, or living 3,000 miles away, I never had to worry about anything. She even kept our tenant happy during a 3-week soundproofing upgrade of all of the windows and doors! Lara is more expensive than other property managers, but you definitely get what you pay for. Landlord/tenant laws can be tricky, and Lara will definitely make sure everything is on the up-and-up. Lara Fischer is the property manager for the apartments where I rent. Ive lived here for a little over two years, and can say that Ms. Fischer is responsive and helpful any time Ive ever needed anything. Her company also contracts out a maintenance team to take care of maintenance requests and similar items, so even though we dont have maintenance on site, you cant tell the difference for how quickly they take care of maintenance requests.Even the initial rental application process was smooth and easy. I re-upped my lease again, so I have another year here, but I can definitely say that I wouldnt hesitate to rent again from any property that Ms. Fischer is managing.

Heritage Property Consulting is the best property management team I have ever contracted with. Our landlord is AWESOME! She is extremely attentive to all of our needs and keeps us updated on all property related concerns. Having someone so professional and organized made the rental process so easy. My roommate and I having been living there for over a year now and we couldnt be happier!

After having terrible experiences with previous companies and landlords, having someone so responsive and attentive is a dream come true! The property is always well maintained, Lara quickly replies to questions and any repairs are addressed right away. We love living here! :)

Lara is wonderful to deal with. Perfect amount of communication (handling all of the mundane issues while looping you in with all the important issues). I also had a significant issue with a local landscaper which I couldn’t handle since I live across the country. Lara handled everything for me! She is a great property manager!

Lara has been great and incredibly helpful since my move in. She worked with me over email and was incredibly responsive before me driving into town and renting an apartment she had posted about. I couldnt be happier with my place! She will always respond to emails and is easy to talk to. Working with her to get my apartment was a breeze!

We have been using Heritage Property Consulting for 9 years to manage our properties. They have been very good at relaying tenant requests; helping find quality contractors for repairs, yard work, and such; and helping find new tenants if necessary. We have been pleased with their work and communication. Wed recommend them for property management in the San Diego area.

Lara is a wonderful landlord, very easy going and responds to communication immediately. When maintenance issues arise, they are promptly addressed. The grounds are aesthetically pleasing with well maintained plants etc. Its a pleasure to rent from her and I would recommend

Lara at Heritage Property has been a great landlord. Always quick to respond to any questions/concerns I have. If there’s ever a problem with plumbing or anything like that her and Dominique are fast to get it taken care of. I would definitely recommend using Heritage Prop for your next rental experience :)

I have been very impressed by Laras ability to find good tenants very quickly but the most important for me has been the way Heritage has handled the day to day management of my condo: great response time and ability to resolve issues reliably and with a high level of confidence and quality. Rented from Lara - Heritage Propery for about 5 yrs. If ever we needed something to be fixed in our unit, major or not- we would just email Lara and sure enough she would reply back within minutes. Thats not common in property managers. She would also get us in contact with Dom - Dominique St. Pierre, the maintenance guy. He would always get ccd in emails. Dom and his brother (dont remember his name) would always keep us informed via email if they were running behind or if something else came up. Things got fixed in 24 hours or less. Huge plus!!On one occasion, Lara was very understanding and helped us out with making the move to the downstairs unit in the complex due to a unforeseen health situation. All the paperwork, details, making sure that the unit meet our special needs, was a smooth transaction. Gotta say that we were happy tenants.We recently had to move, but would definitely look for Laras services again. Thanks Lara for being a great awesome person!!

This company is super questionable. She has borderline discrimitory practices. It will be only a matter of time before this company gets sued for discrimiation and illegal landlord practices. Look elsewhere, you will regret working with her. She is not honest and super shadey.

This is long but necessary as the professionalism and organization of this company is suspect after our experience. We were shown a property by Danielle after several emails and calls with Lara. We were certain to ask Danielle about how the fee and application process worked because we did not want to get burned yet again by paying fees only to have the house go to someone else whose application was run simultaneously. We sent in our application that evening. The next day we received an email from Lara asking if we wanted to move forward with the application process. Within an hour of emailing her back to say yes and inquire about payment specifics via PayPal, she emailed back to inform us that the house had already been rented. When I contacted her to ask how this happened considering we got our application in last night and from the email it seemed we were first, she said she had received several completed applications and fees that day before noon. I dont know what you want me to say, the house is not available was the only thing I got from her when I inquired about where the mix up happened since we were not given any specific instructions for how to submit the fee until she emailed us after the applications had been emailed in. What is even more distressing is that if she had received completed applications with the fee before noon, what was the purpose of soliciting the fee be paid in the email after noon, especially when we had been told specifically by Danielle that they only process one application at a time before moving to the next potential renter.
