Great company and crew! Alex just completed a repair on an Alienware laptop, 2 others had attempted and not figured out the issue which turned out to be heat paste (others thought it was the pads themselves or something completely different). After 3 years of freeze ups, my son is again loving his gaming machine! They also did a full cleanup and found some hidden issues. Ive been using this team for years on my business desktops and they always come through in a timely manner at fair pricing - I trust them to be honest and forthright in their evaluations which is the most important part!

Every single one of those interactions were above and beyond (does that even happen in real life these days?!). While fixing my laptop they also answered numerous general questions I had about caring for it properly. Such a friendly group, knowledgeable, and they worked quickly. Its clear to me they pride themselves on delivering unmatched customer service, and really gave me that small hometown business feel. Wowza! Had a PC build that didnt go quite to plan and took it here to get some loose ends finished up. Alex said it would be about 1-1.5 days till I got it back, which was still fine by me. Imagine my surprise when he calls me five hours later telling me it was finished! Got my PC back just in time for the Steam Summer Sale! Woot! The operation may not look like much but these guys are the real deal Holyfield. 5/5 stars

I had BDOS issue with a stopcode in my relatively new Lenovo Ideapad. I tried to do many fixes myself but it kept recurring. After seeing multiple good reviews, I contacted Ron who ran extensive diagnostics to troubleshoot the problem and fix it eventually. They are also offering a limited time warranty just in case. Overall good people to deal with who can advise and fix most of your PC related problems.

Ron upgraded my slow HP laptop and my mouse felt like it was possessed like it had a mind of its own. He told me he detected viruses and removed them and then he upgraded my old hard drive. My son chromebook from school turned off and never turned back on and desperately needed it to work again so he can finish his studies online. We arent very techy but they were able to take a look at it and lended us a loaner laptop for my son to use and then within the next day it was ready for pick up. We are just glad they are open during these tough times.

My toshiba external hard drive couldnt read anymore and i was so worried and concerned because my whole life was on that hard drive. All my pictures from the last 10 years, music, and documents i thought was all gone. I dropped off my hard drive, prayed, and waited. 2 weeks later, i got a call and they said they recovered almost everything. What a peace of mind and im glad i called around because they were cheaper than other places i have called. Im a happy camper :)

I had a virus on my hp laptop and every time i turned it on i felt like i was getting hacked or tracked. I also had a iphone that was disabled and it said to plug into itunes but nothing happens. Ron was incredibly friendly and attentive to my issues. He kept me updated and told me he did a clean install of windows 10 and also factory resetting the iphone 8 i can donate to my family member. Now my laptop is back to normal and he educated me on what i could do to prevent this from happening again.Im so relieved and thankful because i didnt know what to do. I was referred to them by family and i will also refer them to my family and friends.

Alex and Ron are SUPER professional. I was so devastated when I realized that my hard external is not working which I had all my pictures and memories in there. My Macbook Pro died and I feared the worst. I called on a Sunday night and left a message after reading some great reviews. Ron called me the next morning and assured me all my data would be fine and even gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone. I dropped it off at lunch time and had it back the next day working with a new HD power cable, solid state HD and all my data restored for a very fair price. Really stoked on this business! Last year my toshiba laptop died and i needed the data, these guys not only retrieved all my data they transferred it into my Dell laptop. Few days ago, my dell laptop gave me the blue screen. They said they had to reinstall Windows and they backed up my data. These guys are life savers

Great friendly customer service, I was sold a LG phone here but my phone carrier rejected the data. They refunded me back no questions asked, i will definitely consider their repair services when I do need any repair work. The plus side is they are dog friendly so my pugs got along with their pug.

Sent in a corrupted drive. He updated me with the varying steps he was taking and always gave me a clear sense of expectations. In the end the drive was unrecoverable but I wasnt charged for any of the attempts made. Would definitely come back! [but hopefully wont need to!]

I fixed my iPhone screen with them. They spent 2 days to order and fix it and then the screen was bad quality with fake 3D toutch after 1 months the toutch wasn’t working. So I fix again in another they fix in 20min hight quality screen and cheaper
