As always been good by me. Plus we see many locals lined up at this establishment versus the others..
Paulina Guzman is the manager of one of the branches. She is a very despot person with the clients. She totally lacks professionalism. She definitelly needs a little much Customer Service trainning. Dissapointed with this Branch customer service in general.
If I could give no stars I would, 2 girls that worked there were rude and very disrespectful. She refused to change us money to me and my mom because we had the same address in our iDs and before that she was exchanging me less for what they had on the board because my sister had changed money before me and same thing she had the same adress. The lady was mad because we didnt change all the money at the same time. Why would we change it together if we all have our own money. Never changing here again.
If you speak Spanish don’t bother. They looked at me like I had two heads because I didn’t speak their language, extremely rude & made my whole group VERY unwelcome.Side note: They were speaking perfect English to each other as they were discussing which line to go to.I will never be back to this US establishment.
Safe place to do business parking and no cloudyplace nice and clean
The absolute worst Service by a teller named Karla. She was completely rude. I’m surprised this business is still operating with such horrible customer service
The worst experience ever, bunch of liars called them twice before driving 30 miles to their location, give them all the info about the check I need to cash I was told that there is no problem and they will charge me 1% of the value of the check, when I got there the bank check was verified with bank, issuer and my two form of ID (it was a bank check more like money order) so all was perfect but after all this, rate jumped to 4%, the same women who give me a quote of 1% simply said....I WILL CASH IT FOR YOU BUT IT WILL BE 4% NOW when I asked why she could not answer was shaking her head and got speechless, reporting this crooked business to the State tomorrow morning
Long line...
Generally better rates, but they often try to cheat you. Watch that the give you the rate posted.
Always the best rate for exchanging dollars to pesos.
ABC has some of the best exchange rates.
One of the better spots to exchange money
I went in to exchange 200 dollars into peso and the lady told me I could only exchange 100. I asked why and she said that they did not have enough money. Thats odd, since their business is to exchange money.
Cant change 700 dollars without being asked for your grandparents birth certificate, what kind of service is this?
Big parking lot and friendly personal
Not to impressed call to ask for information on how they paid for the dollar and they could give that kind off information what kind off business is that
I mean ABC which is in the middle of the block in San Isidro .. on the corner they are a bit Despotas .. especially a chubby girl ..
After requesting your information and verifying data, everything is easy and agile, very good service
They ask for my social security are kidding me and all my information that just happen today 9:15 am, I have changed money before they never ask for even a ID why the ask me now for my social sink come here they are scammers. Why do they ask for social security? If I present my passport it is enough, with so much identity theft do not give your insurance to anyone, do not come to this place it is dangerous they ask for all your information and with so much identity theft it is not good for me to give my information to anyone, unprofessional very unsafe.
Always the best rate for your dollars. If you are looking to change dollars to pesos this is the best place.
They have good service
No fence, theyre fucking with you wanna id, it feels like a detective. Escecial the one that I touch a skinny black hair cachetona squirrel face. For 300 dollars avoid the lyena and stress.
It hurts that some of the best rates but lately they do not have pesos, or note they can change more than 200 dollars and now they ask for ID and social security
You are served by the divas who work more hard than hard; for 40dlls they ask you for the dogs vaccination ID and tax report ... pathetic place!
Very good attention very friendly the cashier and efficient
I live in los angeles able to know how much the dollar is and they could not tell me that I had to visit the office as I am going to drive so far if one wants to know to be prepared.
The best exchange rate in the area. It is reflected in the long lines that are made, especially on Friday afternoons. The only thing they attend is not very friendly.
