My boss has been using Black Star for the past 4+ years. As his assistant, I coordinate all of his personal and business travel needs. Since he travels extensively, it is very important that I have a reliable car service. Both he and I are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Bryan and his team. The vehicles are very classy and clean. Even with minimal notice, they are usually able to accommodate our requests and have even handled several drop offs and pick ups at LAX. Having used other carriers prior to Black Star, I know that their rates are very reasonable. I always recommend them to any of our employees needing transportation to and from our office.

Black Star has been our car service of choice for more than four years, with several trips a year primarily to and from the airport. Every trip has gone smoothly, with the car arriving early and the driver always helping with bags etc. On a few occasions our return flight was very late, but there was invariably a car waiting for us regardless of the time and the circumstances. All of the drivers have been personable and professional, and the cars are comfortable and well maintained. I had used a number of different car services before I discovered Black Star, and feel it is a truly exceptional company.
