Recently called because I was referred by a friend. They always pick up the phone and never respond, you can hear them breathing or getting notifications from what I assume is a computer. Go somewhere else please dont waste your time with this specific location, theyre terrible.
Dont always receive the help needed. But the staff is friendly
ResCare make you getting a job their job and they do it well. The workers are kind, friendly and compassionate, and will assist you in locating the resources necessary to support your becoming employed.Whether you need credentials, continuing education, child care, transportation, help getting work-related attire or items, substance abuse help or therapy, employment opportunities or help making a resume, they are there to help. The only advice I have to impart is that once you are in and have a plan, making an appointment to meet with your worker may need more persistence than you thought. Call and make sure you actually speak to them. Emails and messages left on an answering machine seem to get lost.
This government agency is getting better at the way it operates. The staff has been different in these last few months but that change has been ok. The way the sign in happens is much more confidential as well, providing a two steplayer of security of privacy that is well appreciated. It seems as though the staff has been trained up very well and it sends like the job they need to do is less unwanted than it used to be. I am surprised at how well the transitions have been made and so well followed. It shows in professionalism and good attitudes when meeting with staff.
I love the staff!! No public parking. Only street parking. Bring quarters $1.25 for 2 hours only. (meters take cards) you take elevator up to second floor.
Ive been calling for a month to meet with a case worker to change my work plan schedule so that I can get help for childcare. The one time someone called I was at work and could not schedule an appointment bc I was getting ready to meet a client. I called several times after and got laughed at by the front desk for being persistent. Im trying to get help. I am trying to get back on my feet. Supervisors are the worst at getting back to you. I hate this place.
They do exactly what they are there for. Nobody likes the process of all thats involves with any reason you would need to be here...but they are quick and to the point, and make it easier on you.
Really easy to work with nice ladies!
Worst services! You can not reach to the workers easily! They are not able to manage their duties.
Most nerve wrecking and stressful place to be. Ever coming here ? You must be prepared to be there for at least 3 hrs.
They cant do the their job right..They are so hard to contact and the workers cant even comply with what you ask and worst of all they dont evn know whats going on with your case half of the time..this place is just terrible..dissappointed
Theyre really helpful, just MAKE SURE YOU BRING ALL THE PROPER PAPER WORK AND A WILLINGNESS TO MAKE A CHANGE! ✌❤😌
They take a long time to called you in to meet up with the person in charge of your case sometimes they will even lose your paperwork
Thier slow and really dosent help u find a job
Wonderful people there to help
I hate this place..they claim to offer a lot of services here..but they fail to meet time limits
They are always friendly !!
The only thing I have to say is, Thank you, ResCare!
This business helps amany of peoples....👍👍
Everyone always seems confused, never on the same page.
Parking is a pain! So be sure to find parking early on the loop by Balboa Park and walk to the office. Unfortunately, the service is so so. It seems like no one is on the same page.
This place sucks . I was screwed over and denied services from my case worker . That i should have gotten . Then when i git a new case worker and told her i was ready to attend college . She never would give me the childcare plan . The government, welfare department sucks . No wonder San Diego and this country has so many problems .
Very helpful
