It is strange to say that a printer makes you happy.I used to put Print Shops in the same category as a Pet Food Store or Car Repair Shop.Always good but never inspiring.Ryan & his team at Replica changed my mindset.You may wonder, How can a Print Shop be inspiring? My company had a last minute order that needed to be rushed and not only did they deliver top quality printing and binding it was delivered an hour before promised. I was honestly blown away by the stellar service and results I received from Replica Printing and their top-notch representative Michael Dantu. I went to Michael with a multi-piece, last-minute print project for a vendor display, and he far surpassed my expectations of any printer in making it happen. Along the way he volunteered ideas to honor my modest budget without sacificing quality. When I went to pick everything up, he made a point of introducing me to the business owner--another great advantage of working with a locally owned business! I am delighted to have found Replica Printing and will definitely use them for all my printing needs from now on, as well as recommend them to others.

Be careful when going here!!!!! BE ON THE ALERT!!!!! Know your cost before you pay~!I had to have 40 photocopies made, so made a trip in to have this done. I asked for the cheapest paper as it wasnt anything important. The worker was kind and helpful and charged me 8 cents a sheet to do this task for me, and stapled the packets together for me at no extra charge. I paid him and left with no complaints.I returned less than 2 hours later, and a different worker was helping people. This time I needed 91 copies made. I asked her for the cheapest paper, and she said that would be 12 cents a page! Ha! I said, Wow! I was just here less than 2 hours ago, and was charged 8 cents a page! She SWIFTLY said ..Our prices just went up! In amazement, I said What? Really? But I was just here! She said...Well, Yes, Our prices just went up! So as absurd as that was, I insisted I receive the 8 cent/page price that I had just paid earlier that day. She said, Okay...I guess I can do that. I said great! Please staple the packets together as well and she said she would.So minutes later, she brings out the 91 copies (14?packets).....THERE WERE ONLY 13!!! I counted and was missing one....she had to go back to the printer and get the original. If I hadnt counted them, I would have left without what I needed and that would have been a mess.She then tells me it will be $12.85. I had figured the cost out earlier and knew it should only be $7.50 or so at the 8 cent/sheet price. So I question her, and she looks to see what the problem in the price is, hesitantly, and realizes she charged me 12 cents/page. She also added a HIDDEN charge for stapling the papers at 3 cents per staple!!!! Really!!? I had 13 staples, and she charged me for them! Ha! So I questioned that, told her that the man earlier did not charge me for staples, and so then she deleted that charge.So now, after refiguring the price down to a simple 8 cents per copy, she said the price will be $8.68. I said..that is still too much and asked to see the receipt. I asked her about a 3 cent/page credit on the receipt, and she said yeah, thats the credit that brought your cost from 12 cents/page down to 8 cents a page Huh????? So I clarified with her that 12-3=9 cents/page, not 8 cents/page. At this point she gave me a dollar back in change to make it all right, and I was out of there.....20 minutes later!!!!!!! YIKES!!!NOT SURE where they find their employees, but all I can say is....count your pages and check your receipt to be sure its all correct BEFORE you leave if you choose to give them your business.This happened around 4:30 pm May 19, 2014 just in case the manager is reading this and would like to have a discussion with that young female employee!!
