The cost of the rapid antigen test is a whopping $150 but they promise results in 15-60 minutes. I have to call them twice and finally got my result after just over 2 hours. That is not acceptable considering such a high price tag (normally, rapid antigen tests are offered for $50-60, or even for free; the actual test costs less then $3).

Overall my test/appointment went smoothly and the person conducting the test was friendly and professional.I did have two issues during my appointment.First was that none of the communication (email or texts) regarding my appointment, included the address of the appointment. I would highly recommend adding this information to the appointment confirmation message.The second issue is related to the building in which you are located. The parking lot is quite small and the section in the back is intended for one-way traffic. Today there is a portable toilet at the end of the lot, preventing cars fro going around the correct way. This made it necessary to backup while others are trying to drive in.I realize that neither of these issues are directly related to my appointment.

The experience wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t great. The staff was just not very friendly. Not that they were rude, they just were very to the point, no kind friendly tone to their voice, no niceties, no smiles just all business, short and to the point. And the cost for blood draw was definitely on the high side. Probably about 40% higher than what I normally pay for blood draw

The staff performing the drive-up Covid tests are wonderful. They made my 12 year old son feel comfortable and explained everything as they were administering the test. My only complaint is that my online paperwork didn’t complete.

The appointment was easy to make and once i was at the office it only took a few minutes for the test. The staff was very nice and I Got my results in less than an hour... Unfortunately Im positive, I got the VID but this Lab was awesome.

Quick, fast and easy. They definitely have the testing process down. Love that you can make an appointment, so you dont have to wait long to get the test and the results came back within 30 minutes.

Overall, it wasnt too bad. The place was relatively easy to find and the people were very kind. The only issue I had was that they said the estimated time was 15 minutes and had an appointment to make sure I was able to be quick (since I was on lunch break) and they actually took a bit longer, about 35 minutes. But not too bad overall.

We went for 2 COVID tests, myself and my 9 year old after being exposed. The regular rapid tests were no problem and we came back negative within 39 mins. We wanted to do the antibody blood test while we were there which they were great to accommodate. After 3 attempts of trying to do a blood test, each time digging for a vein 3 to 4 times with multiple technicians, we had to leave with a refund. Wish I could give a positive review, but unfortunately it was terrible.

The drive up testing on Wednesday was completely unorganized. I understand that there are a lot of tests being done and that the website states you may have to wait up to an hour for testing. When I arrived there was already a back log of people waiting and there was no clear method of checking in or where to go. There are only two parking spots labeled for covid testing yet there were easily 8-10 cars waiting. There was only one tester and they were clearly overwhelmed by the number of people and the whole process. After waiting for an hour another tester came out and realized how bad the back log was and began running around trying to get people tested and moving. There was no consideration for the appointment times or the people would had been waiting. Instead tests were done in a random order and people who had just arrived were tested first while people waiting more than an hour and a half still waited. The whole wait in your car part was realistic as no one was keeping track of who was there for a test and who was just parking. There was no organization to get people checked in and in order by appointment times. Whats the point of making an appointment if its just a free for all? I understand the rush and being busy, but it seemed like too many people were scheduled for the same time. And for the cost youd expect a more streamlined system. Almost everyone had to refill out the paperwork that was filled out online. When you click on the review documents link it takes you to a page that tells you that everything is filled out. Thats it, nothing else. Yet at the testing site we were told the site should have given us some kind of confirmation email, there was no second email.

A problem occurred with my cp when I’m trying to show them the QR code and they helped me to recover it so I can take the test.Good job guys. Excellent work. Thank you .

I had a great experience getting a Covid PCR test today! I’m not from the area and I drove over just to find the testing location. I was an hour and a half early for my appointment and because there was a space available they took my test sample right then. Super pleasant staff outside and really accommodating.
