Awesome firm. Had horrible issues with my cars electrical system that was all over the place and upon contacting the dealership, they denied our claim for a buyback and refused to acknowledge issues or even try and replicate them. We had videos and pictures of everything and reached out to Julian who read all of our issues and worked with us obtain a lemon law claim. Julian was very professional and and got us a settlement within 60 days. Julian is very easy to work with and takes the time to speak with you and keep you updated on the whole process. We would recommend Julian to anyone needing help with their vehicle issues. Super happy to have this behind us now.

He was helpful and patient with me though the entire loan modification process, which he was able get switch me from a 5.75% ARM to a 3.5% fixed for 24 years.While my payments stayed the same, my money is actually going to principle this time rather than just to interest payments. I am extremely thankful that there are honest attorneys like Julian who really have their customers best interest at heart.

I dont know where to start because Mr McMillan was amazing in so many ways. I had a very complex case. I had been with 2 other well known local attorneys who didnt really know what to do with my case so they did nothing. From the first phone call I had with Mr McMillan I knew he was the attorney I needed. He went above what most attorneys are willing do and he helped me more than anyone ever has. I really cant say enough good things about Mr Mcmillan. I recommend him to anyone whos thinking about bankruptcy. He will be honest even if its not what you want to hear. Complete rip off... do not waste your money with this guy at all. Hell take your money and do absolutely nothing. I paid him a thousand dollars to start a contingency case. He did nothing at all. He would not return my calls or emails. I tried getting my money back but he just wont respond. His office is a mess and he seems like a trashy attorney. I thought my situation was hopeless and then I called the McMillan law group. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. If you want the best attorney youve found him. McMillan was so efficient and extremely knowledgable and thats what you want when dealing with something as stressful as bankruptcy. After my initial visit with him most of my visits took less than ten minutes but I never felt rushed. He always was able to take my calls or call me back promptly. Same with emails. I never felt left hanging. He even arraigned for me to come in on a saturday once to work with my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone. Mr McMillan was absolutely amazing.
