Fixed my PS5 HDMI and USB which made my son a very happy camper!! #GameON . Very Professional & done in a day. Would recommend!!

I took my PS4 over there to get it fixed and it worked for like 20 minutes and kept crashing over and over again. I opened up my console and most of the screws were stripped and some was also missing. I had expected more from this place especially if I paid like half of the price of a new console. So yea... wouldnt recommend.

Completely terrible service. I went to them in hopes to fix my PS4 and they gave it to me with missing parts and a whole new problem, I was still charged $150+

Without looking at the console I was quoted $145 saying the job would be difficult. Took the console to another place and had the hdmi port repaired for $45. Look around before bringing your Xbox here.(Edit: I dont know how to reply to the reply. Im not mistaken I brought my console to this place. Your response coincides with the attitude of the employer (maybe it was you) who I interacted with. If the employee would have said, let me check it out then no problem. However, without looking at it he said what I wrote which prompted me to take my business elsewhere.)

I dropped off my PS5 for repair today at around 11:30 I ask when will it be done the guy there told me 1 maybe 2 days but asked if I needed it more urgently Nd ended up calling me just about 3 hours later very good customer service. Respect

They fixed my PS4 quickly, and even found a secondary problem that I had forgotten about. All for a much better price than replacement. Great work!

Had an HDMI issue with my Xbox One S. I took it in and it took them 2-3 hours to repair and it’s been working great for the past month. Also very nice and helpful in there.

Soo rude when we asked a question about fixing controllers and had airpods on and couldnt hear us. We also needed to fix xbox but after we seen how rude he was we didnt even bother asking and just left.

In short: Made 5-6 trips here and ended up wasting money.Took my PS4 in for repair and they charged $140 to fix it. The same problem came up again and they fixed it again free of charge. The same problem then came up again and I asked for my money back. The manager insisted that he would be able to fix it but I had to repeatedly ask for simply a refund as opposed to them trying to promise to fix it and then the problem coming back again. He said that he could fix it pretty quickly yet he also asked to buy it off me for $30 because I decided I was getting a new PS4. Finally, he decided he would give me most of my money back. They also kept my game that was in the PS4 until I called them and asked why they took it a week later. They let me pick it up at that point.

They have been amazing with us.I initially took it due to crashing and it came back perfectly and took it back for a liquid spill they worked hard on my console and. completely restored it.Excellent communication

They can fix all tipe xbox one and all tipe ps4 . i dont know if they fix the old consoles,

Took two of my xbox ones there this week last minute. They both got fixed extremely quickly and the two gentlemen that helped me were beyond friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them!

They fixed parts in my Ps4 that was fine and couldn’t fix the main issue. Expensive AAFF too.

My PS4 stopped working so I took it in to get looked at. The gentleman explained worst and best case scenarios and how much I would be paying for each scenario. Told me it would take 7-10 business days to fix but they did it in about 6 days and right before the weekend so it was the best news ever. I appreciate their work.

This shop is easy to get to and John did an outstanding job on my repair. I had a mangled HDMI port on my PS4, and he had it replaced and ready for pickup in two working days. He also blew the dust out of the system free of charge. Thats just classy.Highly recommend!

Took my ps4 in for a Hdmi repair and they fixed it. Unfortunately, one month later my ps4 has the same exact problem. I will call tomorrow and see if they will finish the job the right way this time.Edit: Thankfully they took my ps4 in and fixed the HDMI port free of charge and rather quickly. It is much appreciated, most places would tell you no or have some hidden charge but they did not.

My PS4 had a broken HDMI jack. I called around and this place seemed the most legitimate. Brought my PS4 in on a Tuesday and had it back repaired by Thursday. It works perfect now. Great service, I appreciate it.

Will tell you costs $25 to $149. I thought they would call for the final price but no they just charged me $149. His Excuse was he would call if its more than $150. Didnt even fix all the issues on the xbox. Please go somewhere else where you wont get scammed. In addition to all that, unfriendly guy, just wants your money.

I pay 240 $ to repair my ps4 pro power supply got burn after they replace it my ps4 only worked for 1 week waist of money and time for sure !

They wouldnt quote me a price and wanted me to just ok whatever the repair would cost on my Xbox one up to $140. I told them no, went somewhere else and the other place told me none of the warranty stickers were violated so I could send it to Microsoft and they would replace is for $99.

So I had a broken HDMI Port on my PS4. Had to pay $140 but they subtracted $40 because they couldnt fix it on time. So we only had to pay $100 which was good. But the big problem was. My sounds for the PS4 is broken, but the HDMI Port is fixed. The sounds was working before I got HDMI Port broken. So my sounds doesnt work and there is a red static

They got my ps4 with a blue light of death fixed in 2 days and for cheaper than it would have been for me to wait for a box and send it in to sony. They called me and told me what the problem was within 24 hours and how much it would cost and when I could come pick it up. I will be bringing my broken electronics here again.

This guys are a totally ripoff I bought my PlayStation in for them to fix my motherboard for 100$ they said they fixed it I brought it home it turn on but got hot shut off 5 min i bring it back they could not fixed it and they only Refund me Half the money I spent for them to fixed it

These place it bad they charged me $99 just for checking My ps4 and they didnt even for it!!

Without even looking at my Playstation he told me it was between $ 100 and $ 150. Finally; I made it myself; it cost me $ 40
