VERY helpful staff! I had to rent a UHF mic for an event I was DJing. I had some specific requirements and the guys went out of their way to answer my questions and really provide perfect feedback for what I needed. Way friendlier than Guitar Center and prices just about spot on. Very flexible for everything I needed! These guys rule!

A lighted room and a need for a video projector for the next morning prompted me to email their website for a quick quote. The reply came within one hour from Ken. When I arrived the next morning, I learned that he was the President of the company, and he personally saw to it that I was provided with the best possible equipment for the presentation. The friendly staff helped me to quickly learn how to use it and troubleshoot it with my computer. It worked flawlessly. Friendly and finds what I need exactly even if I dont have a clue.

Customer service is a little rough for repairs if youre not spending big bucks BUT their price for repair was very good and I had a problem with the repair just outside my 90 day guarantee on their work and they gladly took it back anyways to fix again. Rarely do things go perfect ever but I judge on how companies handle issues, they were very good.
