HD Hookups did a great job in coming up with a AV solution to our home theater and distributed sound systems. On top of that, their execution was exceptional. Their tech staff were thorough, helpful, and cleaned up all of their work area. The techs communicated clearly and came up with solutions on the spot to each inquiry I made. I HIGHLY recommend them. I did a fair amount of research before trying them. They not only met my expectations, but exceeded them.

I hired HD Hookups a couple of years ago to hang our large tv monitor on the wall and hide the wires. They did a fabulous job. So when I needed help again in February of this year with integrating headphones with our TV and Blue-ray player, they were the first company I called.Presto: I received a return call and scheduled a timely Service Call. They arrived on time and sorted out the problem. It was no surprise that I needed to replace a very old piece of hardware. I hired HD Hookups to install TVs and soundbars in my new condo. While other companies said we dont do power hookups etc, HD hookups ordered, delivered and installed all of the equipment that I wanted. They stayed and made sure that everything was fully functional and worked properly. I would definitely recommend them!

Dealing with Diego and his team were amazing. I wanted to install an outside TV so our kids could watch it while staying at home. The turn around time from first call to fully installed was less than 24 hours. The install crew were polite, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly did a sensational install. Never had a better contractor experience. Chose HD Hookups and you will be as satisfied as I am.

Dont deal with this company!! BEWARE the communication since the beginning of my project has been terrible. He charged me over $5000 for a home project and as soon as I paid him the sound system stopped working correctly. After multiple attempts for him to fix the problems Im now disputing this with my credit card company and I cant get Diego or his workers to answer my calls and text messages. Last message from him was the replacement equipt is in and he was going to send someone to fix it. Weve been going back and forth now for over 2 months and although he tries to be a smooth talker please save yourself the headache and find someone else!! This has been a nightmare experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Technician Paulo was at the house on time, really knew his stuff. Not only did he solve problems caused by an old receiver/amp on the entertainment system, but he repositioned all components in a cabinet space (they had been visible, tangled wires and all, on a fireplace hearth). He also politely gave a good tutorial in the use of a rather complicated smart remote wed had for the past two years and never fully understood...until now.

This crew is the best. Was recommended them by a close friend and they were out at my home in a matter of hours!Delivered exactly as promised. Friendly and easy to work with.I dont write many reviews, but they earned it.

Ive never been treated so rudely in my own home before. Not only that, but the guy messed up my wall and hung my wall speakers unevenly even though I asked him to measure it properly. His response, This aint my first rodeo, buddy. This company may or may not be reputable, but they do have some employees whose customer service skills they should highly question.

Good service and follow-up. Diego Pelosi can push components onto you that you neither want nor need. But his workers and follow up service are topnotch. Very expensive, but it got done right. I was eventually refunded for the complicated universal remote system that I did not want. A cable became detached from behind the wall two months after installation, and someone came out to fix it. Very good.

Received a quote for $1100 and when they finished, they charged me $1400. I had stereo wires Class 2 rated for in wall use and they just charged me for that wire along with additional wires. They never said wires are not included in the quote otherwise I had better quotes from high rated guys. At the end, they did not even follow my instructions, no AV cables passed through the walls. Very very bad business model! Give you a low quote to crush the competition and charge you much more at the end.
