When I called to get a quote, Ken was extremely helpful and gave good advice on when would be appropriate to get the sampling. He actually talked me out of sampling now until some repair work was done, which is losing him money! I ended up doing sampling just in the ceiling so that we had peace of mind before close of escrow that there werent large mold issues. I was living on on-campus apartments that seemed moldy and humid to me, so I decided to call these guys and they were so fast to book me for their soonest available. The certified mold tester who came to my apartment was extremely professional and had expensive reliable equipment with him.The maintenance staff of my apartment claimed that there was NO mold and NO moisture in my apartment. However, after calling these guys they took multiple swabs, and conducted a VARIETY of tests to test for moisture and mold. Within 24-48 hours I received a full report of everything that was conducted include what type of mold was found and what the moisture test came back (it was extremely detailed!).I never thought I would be pleased with the finding that there was 61% moisture as well as penicillin growing in my room. THANK YOU PERCISION MOLD TESTING! I was able to terminate my lease with their evidence based report!!
