These guys covered my restaurant during COVID-19 while my regular vendor (who we’ve used for 20 years) was shut down. They were professional each time and provided high quality service. Gustavo and his team did a great job cleaning our hood, duct, and exhaust fan. They also exchanged the filters. These are very professional. This is my second time using them. When they came here the first time, the duct was very dirty because the previous owner had not cleaned it for years. The hood was full of grease. After their cleaning, the hood was bright and shining. We have some equipment that cannot be moved. They worked around it and kept everything clean. I highly recommend them!

Gustavo and his team is awesome! Very professional, good price and good service! Our previous hood cleaning wanted to increase $100+ for the service so I switch to Cal Kitchen Exhaust. They give me better price and also provide the best service. You can tell they want your business. Gustavo is very polite and helpful. After hood cleaning and filter changed monthly with them. Our air system in the kitchen also needs service and the motor replacement. He gives us a reasonable quote and takes care of the problem quickly. As soon as the parts arrive, he comes to the restaurant and got it to work again. I highly recommend this company.

California Kitchen Exhaust is AWESOME!!! They do an excellent job & completely clean the the hood & the duct all the way up to the roof, which most companies dont bother. Gustavo provides great customer service & his prices are super affordable!
