Being a skilled machinist and going here was a complete waste of my talent. I was way over qualified. But I appreciated the opportunity. The amount of scrap made and then cut and destroyed and put into landfills is just awful. This place is really really bad for the environment. Also the young rookie supervisors havent a clue on how to act around people and what was going on. It was just a learning experience.
