Their team is not willing to come on the phone after our repeated requests.Stay from this company! This is not a service, it is a SCAM.

Started out with great service and a responsive account manager. I even referred several friends who started using them also. My social media presence grew, and I was very happy. Fast forward several months later, I have had absolutely NO growth for about 4 months, and am not able to get a hold of anyone. I have tried calling, emailing, cancelling my account - NO RESPONSE! They do not answer the phone or emails. This is absolutely ridiculous and Im very frustrated. I would NEVER recommend them.

Now after that account manger moved to a different position I’ve had no growth in months and it is next to impossible to get responses from their customer service to find out what’s up. I’m on the verge of cancelling services due to their lack of communication and lack of email response. They make me feel not valued and offer no explanation nor apology 🤷‍♀️ so weird!? Ive been using Jumper for around 20 months now and the service was awesome before August, then everything was in a bit of a pause for 4 months or so, and has been great since January of this year! There was a rough patch when Instagram changed a million things but the growth is solid again now that they ditched the software and are doing everything with real people on cell phones. And I can target by Bio Key words, which is HUGE along with less spam due to the human element to filter a lot of it out before engagements are made (hated that about other softwares).

Jumper is AWESOME! The team is great and very kind! They accomplished just what I wanted and were easy to communicate with if I had questions and fixed any problems I had with no problem! Pricey but extremely worth it (For the high price that’s the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5).

Its definitely been a wild ride working with the Jumper Team for over a year now. They explained to me what happened and how they had to lay off a lot of their staff, so some customers were having a hard time getting in touch with them. It seems that they have now sorted everything out and are on the mend. I am happy about that because they have helped guide me through the process of starting my own Shopify store in the fishing industry, and showing me how to drive web traffic and sales from social media --- Instagram works the best. Its unfortunate about the recent bad reviews but they have helped me for a long time now and I recommend them to friends and family.

Instagram made changes & the service stopped working. For months they have been telling me it is going to start working again. It never does. So I asked for a credit/refund since I paid $1019.15 for 12 months. They refused to give me a credit or refund. All the phone lines have been disconnected. No one will respond to my emails. I’m talking to my credit card company to see if there is anything that can be done but it may be too late. I know they kept putting me off & telling me it would work so I am now outside the window of being able to file a dispute. So basically they stole money from me. Took my money but never provided the service they said they would & now they refuse to refund me. Do NOT use them.

Very little account management or help from their team once they get you signed up and youll have to deal with a number of instagram account annoyances. This *IS* an automated software service, so you will have some unavoidable noise (e.g., random follows from people outside of the country, new people continuously rotating in and out of your personal feed) based on how the targeting works. And this is also where most of the 1-2 star reviews are coming from -- people who fundamentally dont understand the tradeoffs that exist when utilizing automation to improve your business processes, or whose expectations are fundamentally mismatched with the realities of how marketing works (marketing is never a high percentage game, and targeting is never perfect). For that matter the service Jumper Media provides is top notch; it performs exactly as advertised. They have always been up front with me about how their product works, and frankly, their product is a small fraction of what it would cost me to hire several FT employees to achieve the same results in terms of A) leads generated, B) follower growth, and C) platform visibility.TL;DR - One of the best investments Ive ever made, even with its necessary imperfections.

Stay away from Jumper Media and their deceptive practicesThe business model for Jumper media includes deception. They made numerous attempts to sell me their services last year, after considering their pitch I finally relented and told them I will give them a try for 6 months. The program started out good and results were inline with expectations. After the 3month mark things slowed significantly. I raised my concerns in a survey and nothing improved. I had no feedback after the survey and I decided then not to renew the service.Fast-forward April 5, I got a notice of a charge on my credit card. Within hours I contacted Jumper, informing them that I was not interested in signing up or renewing with them. Two different email addresses. Four days later I received a call from Jumper stating that I did not cancel the account seven days before the renewal of the subscription so there is nothing that can be done. I informed them that I did not sign up for a subscription and the person on the other line ‘Alyssa – Customer Resource Manager’ says you should have read the fine print, that’s why they call it fine print. When I pressed her as to why I did not receive a notice that my account was about to be renewed she said, “we are a small startup and we don’t have those resources.” After notifying her that as simple as changing the preferences she replied, “had you requested a reminder we would have sent you one.” So even if I requested a six-month agreement I guess in their minds I still need to ‘cancel’.She writes in her email. “Being that we are a subscription company, all of our clients are on reoccurring plans by default, unless specifically stated that they do not want the payment to reoccur. Unfortunately I am unable to issue a refund as this 7 day cancellation policy is in place and prohibits me from be able to offer you a refund.Moving forward, there are two options you have, and I can be flexible with either of these!1) We simply remove your account from the software now and cancel all future payments. OR2)We continue your account on the software through the time youve paid for and cancel all future payments.We dont mean to deceive our clients in any way, as I mentioned we are a start up company and we do not have an entire billing department dedicated to reminding our clients that they have a subscription with us as this is clearly stated in our terms of service.”Totally tone deaf, after expressing my dissatisfaction she is still let me know that I have the option of canceling all future payment. Of course their web portal doesn’t have that option anywhere. Maybe if you spend 4 hours and call them you may find that link. I am so happy she used the word deceptive. It seems like there may be a practice that needs defending.Here is some un-solicited advice for you folks at Jumper Media, as a start up not taking care of your customers is a poor customer service and you are doomed to failure. You may win the battle of ripping me off $749 and forcing me to be a customer of yours for another six months against my will but this short-term gain is shortsighted and quite frankly stupid. If I treated my customers in this same manner I wouldn’t be in business. Hopefully my sacrifice her will be in service to the cause that not many more people are deceived.I know you have lost at-least one new customer so far and it’s my goal to make sure as many people as possible are made aware of your deceptive business practices and poor customer service.

Instead, they use automated bots to spam accounts with DM messages and follow fake accounts in non-english speaking countries. Our client results saw lewd images returned and pornographic content in their socials. They made illegal charges on a credit card and refused to refund the charges. Stay away.
