Absolutely the very best place ever. Great people, fun atmosphere, high energy. Everyone has passion for what they are doing and that is helping kids.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING HERE FOR 7 MONTHS NOW. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY JOB. THE HOURS ARE GREAT 6:30AM - 2:00PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH WEEKENDS OFF. ITS HARD WORK BUT WE ARE ALWAYS HAVING FUN WHILE WORKING. YOU JUST HAVE TO WORK HARD AND REMEMBER THIS IS NOT JUST A PAYCHECK, WE ARE ALL THERE RAISING MONEY FOR THE KIDS. TO HELP KEEP THEM IN SPORTS AND TO HELP THEM PAY FOR ANYTHING NEEDED THROUGHOUT THE SEASON SUCH AS UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT, ETC. THE ATMOSPHERE IS AWESOME . ITS FAST PACE, WE HAVE MUSIC PLAYING AND WERE CHEERING EACH OTHER ON. THE SALES FLOOR IS FULL OF ENERGY, EXCITEMENT, AND ENTHUSIASM. WE HAVE DAILY SPIFFS.ALONG WITH OUR BASE PAY PLUS WEEKLY COMMISSIONS AND MONTHLY BONUSES.WE ALSO HAVE FUN LITTLE COMPANY LUNCHES WHEN WE HIT GOAL THAT OUR MANAGER AND CEO PUT ON FOR US. I AM REALLY GLAD THAT I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A PART OF THE BGP TEAMOH AND THE PHOTO IS DURING SPIRIT WEEK THAT WE HAD AND THIS WAS ON 80;S DRESS UP DAY

Pretty sure they mislead everyone they talk to. They tell the schools they split the money they raise but in fact they keep the majority of it.They tell the businesses that donate hard earned money that the posters are placed in ALL the high traffic areas around town; in fact its just a stack that is sent to the school that probably never gets posted anywhere. A lot of the times they call businesses who are no longer contracted with them as well and they still gladly take the companies money for absolutely no service.And in the morning the owner joes lays into all his employees threatening their jobs and telling them if they dont do better in sales they can get a job flipping burgers. Even though you would make more money working at a burger place since you get tips plus min wage and this place is just flat out min wage.Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because i was in desperate need of a job and I got hired the same day I found the add on Craigslist. Only work here if youre desperate and start looking for another job asap.If youre a business your money is better sent to the schools directly, there is no advertisement value at all.
