Not only am I ecstatic with the end result, but it was an absolute pleasure having him in our home. WOW! I never could have guessed how amazing our tile could look! I was “floored”(haha) how it brightened up the entire first floor. I originally wanted to get new flooring- but after the cleaning it looks so fresh and new I wouldn’t consider it! Extremely professional, fair prices and great customer service. They did a phenomenal job on our carpet. 5 rooms, 3 hallways and a large set of stairs that now smell and look fantastic. He also took the time to wipe down our large sectional couch. As a mom of teenagers (and all of their friends), I can tell you that this carpet cleaning job was no small task. Johns Carpet & Upholstery Care is the BEST! I had John out to my house today to clean my carpets and sofa after reading the Yelp and Google Reviews. John did not disappoint! I have had my carpets cleaned many, many times over the years and I have had many bad experiences with poor-workmanship, poor-customer service, no-shows and more. UGH. I was super apprehensive about trying another carpet cleaning service. I was pleasantly surprised by Johns Carpet & Upholstery Care. I used his online booking system. It was so easy. I just selected the service (which showed me exactly how much it would cost) and scheduled my appointment. Then I received a series of texts and emails confirming my appointment, reminding me of my appointment and one text when he was on the way. He showed up on time, was friendly, professional and the workmanship was flawless. I even received a Thank you note after he left. I cannot say enough about John and his service. He will definitely be my carpet guy from now on! Try him, I am sure he will be yours too.

Called after a nasty spill on a side chair and left a message for someone to call me back, no one did; I also made an appointment on line as instructed on their phone answering message., this was Thursday, and the earliest Appointment was Saturday. On Saturday we received a call telling us they were running late, over an hour later, we received another call they were wrapping up and should be in within 30, 40 minutes. After almost another hour they called an said they needed to reschedule. Since we were going out of town, we scheduled for the following Thursday morning . Again on the day scheduled, they called staying, yes, once again they were “ running late”. After another hour waiting, the technician showed up, he was nice and got to work on the spot on the carpet right away and did a good job. Soon after he started working on the chair, told us he couldn’t get the stains out; the chair was ruined. We then asked if he could do the ottoman, since we were still within the hour, but he asked for another $50.00., he cleaned the ottoman, but could not get rid of one spot. We paid $200.00 to clean an ottoman and one spot on the carpet. The reason I’m writing this and being so dissatisfied with the service received, is because that chair that the professional said it was “ruined”, was actually saved, after some work and a simple mixture of Oxyclean and hot water all spots were gone. Be aware of those so called “professionals”.Will love to post pictures.

After 2 years in our home with 2 children under age 4, our carpets were horrible. I Just renewed the lease for another year but had pretty much given up on the idea of ever seeing our security deposit again. John said he could make it look like new but I didnt believe him, until I saw the results! My carpets really do look brand new again! In less than two hours he cleaned the living room and two bedrooms, as well as three area rugs! Whats even more great is that now I can let the children make their messes, stress-free, knowing that the next time I need them cleaned I can just call John back over, and I definitely will. Highly recommended! Totally worth it!
