I was sitting in my pool Saturday reflecting on what a blessing it is to my family to have a gorgeous swimming pool. My family time has improved considerably. My experience with California Pools exceeded my expectations. For starters, their prices are competitive, yet in my opinion there is no one in the industry who can compare with their service. I would gladly pay more for the California Pools rather than use another company. I watched my neighbors who worked with different company go through a nightmare experience that lasted over 18 months for a much smaller job than ours. Our job lasted 6 months and the biggest delays in that process were due to us changing our minds mid-project and ordering different tiles than we originally agreed with. No big deal. California pools provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire project. They have an excellent team each one of whom was a pleasure to deal with, Genuinely. They are totally honest and kept every commitment they made to us. We are thrilled with what we go from them and cannot imagine using anyone else. In my opinion, you should not hesitate to use California Pools.

Having a pool built by Ryan V. at California Pools was a complete pleasure! He told us that once we had a price there would be no surprises after that, and there wasnt. Their communication through the entire process was excellent and they always answered all my questions. Ryan S., who is the project manager, was wonderful as well. He was so knowledgeable about the whole process and he is an excellent asset to the company. They have a nice office in San Clemente that is very professional. The other company I got a bid from, worked out of their house and was not professional. If you are going to have a pool built, I recommend California Pools. You will not be disappointed.

We worked with California Pools to design and build a new backyard with our dream pool and spa. With the uniqueness of our yard they were able to design what we thought was not possible. We could not be more happier with the choice we made in California Pools. They were reasonably priced, stayed on budget, and they worked their tails off thru the process! Their follow up and responsiveness to any questions or concerns were followed up immediately and taken care of. We would and have already recommended them to others. We still feel like we are on a vacation when in our backyard!

Ryan at California Pools stepped In and assisted us in finishing up a pool project after we had to terminate our prior contractor. Our experience with the prior pool project was your typical nightmare contractor story. I have been warned about these experiences, but could not avoid it ourselves. Since offering to help, Ryan has been extremely professional, responsive, and informed. Looking back, I really wish we had gone with him initially. It would have saved us a significant amount of money and more than six months of headache. Please, do yourself a favor and consider California Pools for your project.

We had a wonderful experience with Ryan Vaughn and Ryan Skelton and Kaynin of California Pools. We had a group text with the entire project team from day one. We got daily plans and updates. Our Questions were answered in real time. There were no surprises. Our team was on the job site at each phase of pool construction and made the project exciting. We would recommend this company to all as we had a tremendous pool experience. We were treated like friends and thy are a real class act.

I have an awesome pool thanks to these guys. I originally contracted with a different company that couldnt get its act together. These guys came in and within a week were digging my pool. They were in constant communication with me and built me exactly what I asked for. They built my pool, a shade structure, bbq and a fireplace entertainment wall. Three months later everything is working great and my family loves our backyard.

I had a consultation meeting for a remodel of our existing pool with Ryan Vaughn of California Pools today and he and one of his associates showed up to our house without masks. When I asked him whether they had masks, he responded no and that he never has worn a mask and that his doctor advised him not to wear a mask. I immediately told him to leave and that I could not believe he would show up at a customers residence and not wear a mask. If you want to protect your family and neighbors from COVID 19, I recommend you not use Ryan Vaughn.

I interviewed 4 different pool contractors - a pool is not something you want to make a mistake with. We eventually landed on a pool contractor, signed a contract and they didnt start for almost a year. Enter California Pools. We transferred the contract to CA Pools on a Wednesday, they started bright and early on a Monday and there wasnt a single day through the process we didnt get a friendly text or call about the progress. There were no hidden fees or surprises. They didnt leave the job until it was done to our satisfaction - even our kids were sad when the job was over and we stopped seeing the team. They are the best in the biz!

I had a small issue with a disconnected drain for my cooler in the outdoor kitchen. I sent Ryan Vaughn an email on a Friday night and he made arrangements to have his team assess and make the repair Monday morning. No delay, no excuses, just rapid action and results. Finally deciding to build a pool seemed like a daunting task, but we were put at ease with California Pools’ design capabilities, project coordination and ethics. We had recently moved into our home and adding a pool was one addition we always wanted. We first obtained architectural plans for our pool which was then submitted to several pool contractors.After choosing California Pools to construct our pool and hard scape, we knew we made the right decision. I had some minor service issues with my california pool (which we love) about a year after it was built. Service once a job is complete can sometimes be hard to come by, not so with Ryan from california pools who is responsible for southern orange county. He arranged for the services to be preformed very promptly and immediately followed up to make sure all work was done to my satisfaction.

We had a great experience with California pools. We were done on time and on budget. No surprises whatsoever!

We live in the San Clemente area and when our 30 yr old pool cracked again, we started interviewing local pool companies. We talked with about ten and received formal proposals from about five. The others would not or could not build what we wanted. Our idea was to build a steel and gunite pool.California Pools proposal was very professional with multiple pre-construction site visits to ensure same page agreements. This would be a custom pool with waterjet benches, bubbler on the sun shelf and a waterfall out of the raised garden that was transformed from the deep end of the old pool.Water and pump turn up was complete in less than 60 days. Believe me - Not Bad! This is the second pool we have built with California Pools (one in Los Angeles) and were really happy to see they have offices here in the San Clemente area. We are really pleased with the Price to Value, the diligent efforts to make issues nonexistent and the great team that GM Roger Stalmer has put together. The tile work, the finish, the extensive pavers and top of the line equipment were all completed above our expectations. We would highly recommend talking with California Pools
