I love Jean-Louis and his wife that own this place! They are so kind, very informative and are super honest. Their prices are great and their customer service is off the charts amazing. I have gone here for 5 1/2 years since we moved to San Clemente. I wont go anywhere else! their carpet cleaning powder and machine are amazing as well. We bought a wonderful vacuum there too.

I had a rather unusual piece of equipment in need of repair. Having called one place to be told we dont do those, I thought I would give Nics a shot. Jean-Louis answered the phone and told me to bring it on down. He did mange to get it to turn on but unfortunately it needed a replacement part that was no longer available. However, Jean-Louis was so friendly and his communication and effort were great. He went above and beyond to try and help me get a very old, discontinued machine working again. I will definitely be using Nics in the future.

This is a friendly vacuum shop on Avendia Del Mar for many years. They are very reasonable with their prices and always do amazing work.

I needed a part for my carpet cleaner. nic was the only store to have it in stock. it was only two bucks all i brought was my credit card so he told me to pay him the next day no questions asked and let me go home with it. i returned the next day with cash in hand. awesome guy!!

I take anything with a cord to NICs for a fix-it! A well trusted business and friend; hes reasonable in time and price, i wont use anyone else, so i hope he can fix everything I break.
