I have been a tenant of Suzanne Smiths with this agency for over 20 years. In that time I have found her to always get my concerns taken care of and in a timely manner. Repairs? No problem, they get done and they get done quick. A little discrepancy in some thing in the lease? Again, no problem, over twenty years of course weve had some disagreements but Suzanne and I have always gotten things worked out to our mutual satisfaction. Suzanne is a bundle of energy and doesnt have time to waste so she wants to get to the point and get to work. Some people may have a problem with this but I dont, I find it a refreshing approach to effective time management. So many business people just want dawdle these days but not Suzanne! Be prepared and have your stuff together and youll find Suzanne is a pleasure to work with!

The Pacific Point Management Group could best be described as slumlords. They do not maintain the property whatsoever, ignore requests for repairs, and send out nasty text messages when they dont like something.
