And was Repeatedly hung up on. 4x in a row! During working hours. Clearly they must be Overcharging their current customers so much they need no new ones.

The rep from Terminix would not take my business for a one time ant spray for $269. He kept talking over me, would not listen, and wanted me to pay for an annual service. I used Griffin Pest Management Services instead. They came the same day, took my $269 gladly, and my ants are gone. Stay away from Terminix they are focused on selling u services u dont need.

As a long time customer I expected a call back when I had questions about service I paid for and had not received. After an expensive tenting of our home for termites and paying extra for possible roof damage, Terminex never followed through on reports or fixing of the roof.

Great workplace they have, its a bunch of amazing bushes. I worked here and worked with a bunch of squids. I am scared of squid. Very scared. The seats were stumps as well. 5/5 stars, would work in the bushes again.
