Our daughter has been attending the National Taekwondo Academy in San Clemente for over two years. She is now 16 and absolutely loves coming to class. I noticed she has become more respectful and polite since starting the class. The instructors are outstanding! Our daughter will take the self defense skills she is learning into her life and will be more confident in the event she will ever need them. The instructors make sure the students know the rules but they also have fun. Ms. Vanessa has been the instructor since my daughter started and she is always there. In two years, I dont remember her ever missing a class. She is setting a great example for the students.

We love National Taekwondo Academy! The studio offers a variety of class-times which is great for families with busy schedules. Classes have a very good student/instructor ratio, and its clear that all of the instructors have a genuine enthusiasm for the development of the students. We have been part of the National Taekwondo family for 2 years now. My son started at age 5. It is his passion. He loves all the instructors and they are so good to him. It has boosted his confidence. He feels so much accomplishment each time he gets a new belt. It is so wonderful to see him have a goal to work toward and watch him get closer to achieving that goal is so special.

We absolutely love National Taekwondo Academy! The instructors are fabulous, the facility is clean and welcoming, and the skills are second to none. Taekwondo isnt just a sport, its a way of life. I am a black belt and have been with this studio for many years. It has taught be discipline, respect, and self control, all while having a great time. The instructors, under the leadership of Master Parks, are what truly make this studio stand out. They teach with positive reinforcement, and are very knowledgeable. We have been coming to this studio for a few years now, and we love it! The instructors truly believe in each student and help each child do the best to their own potential. The program is set up to help the kids not only learn how to stay focused, have respect, be determined and disciplined in class, but they also teach them the confidence and tools they need to help them in these areas at school, at home and out in life, with a sense of pride in themselves. Very flexible class times, which are perfect for busy families. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

My 9 year old son has been coming here for close to 4 years. He really enjoys it. Learning Taekwondo has increased his self confidence. As an advanced belt he is learning to use various weapons and that is his favorite part. The instructors are great and the options for class times are convenient.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about National Taekwondo Academy. We transferred our daughter as a yellow belt roughly two years ago when we moved to San Clemente. The investment that the instructors place in the kids yields so much growth in both physical strength and coordination as well as mental strength and focus, confidence, purpose, passion, and centeredness. We credit so much to the incredible staff at NTA. Our daughter has developed so many skills while enjoying herself so much that she still loves going 2-3x a week after years of attending. My two boys have been attending classes here for many years and we all love it so much! They have always been really excited and enthusiastic about the program. It has really helped them grow athletically but also instilled respect, integrity and discipline. The staff are kind and encouraging and best of all students can move along at their own pace whether they want to compete at a high level or just improve focus, confidence, coordination and of course learn self defense. I have three kids who have attended National Taekwondo Academy for four years. They have each earned their black belts under the careful planning and preparation that the instructors have provided them. It has been the best thing for my kids mentally, physically and emotionally to be able to demonstrate concentration, discipline and confidence through the skills taught in this program. The teachers are strict but kind to the kids. I cant thank them enough for giving each of my kids the confidence to reach their goals. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking for a well rounded program that will help their kids grow. I think of this program as parent reinforcement! Its been the biggest help outside of my home in raising my kids.

I cant say enough good things about the instructors here! The teachers are caring and encouraging, while getting the kids to work hard. After 4 years, they feel like family, and have really helped my kids grow and learn.Part of the instruction includes home rules that ask the kids to be respectful, tell the truth, and help around the house. The kids also learn self-defense, and they talk a lot about how to walk away from fights or get help. Forms teach skills as well as focus and concentration. And of course they play games to have fun! Taekwondo has so many different benefits for the kids, and we love the San Clemente studio.

All the instructors are very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. We do not have any one in the family with the Taekwondo background. National Tae Kwon Do studio in San Clemente is awesome. Master Park and his staff, Vanessa, Savanna, Andre, Joshua and Max do more than instruct students in martial arts. They encourage self discipline, personal growth, respect, friendships, development of self esteem, fitness and more.It has been over a year since my 3 children, ages 13, 11 and 6, started Tae Kwon Do and they love it. They have grown closer and support each other to do their best. Having a great instructors helps a lot.

My sons had an excellent experience at this studio, awesome instructors, great lessons learned, highly recommend!!
