I had to go to the laundromat for the first time in years. I went to the closest one and it was filthy. Although I had Clorox wipes in my car I didnt feel it was my job to clean their washing machine. I packed up my things and sat in my car and googled laundromats in San Clemente. This one came up as very clean. As I was washing my clothes (in a very clean washing machine,) the owner, (Jeff) pulled up in a golf cart. We chatted for quite some time and he was very helpful. My clothes were clean and dry in about an hour. As soon as my landlord gets the washing machine fixed I wont be back unless Im doing comforters or bedspreads. I will definitely refer the other tenants in the apartment building to do their big blankets and things down here instead of the closer laundromat. 👍

Hadnt noticed it closed at 9.30pm. cleaner put my stuff in the office for safe keeping. I phoned the next day and owner/ Manager was kind enough to come out and help me collect my things. And my clothes were clean and dry

Clean clothes and better laundry machines longer wash then other laundromats

It seems like the prices for the washers and dryers goes up every other week. Nothing was stocked in the soda machine.

Owner is the rudest, most negative person I have ever met. Accosted while starting to do laundry, denied access to my legally registered service dog. He said he would call the police if we said even after seeing my registration. Left because of the immense negativity and took my business elsewhere. Truly the worst interaction at a business I have ever had. It takes severe gall to illegally deny access to a registered service dog, and add empty threats to that illegal act. I imagine his business will close when he is reported in violation of the ADA, as he has indicated that he does this regularly.

Only place I wash and dry my clothes because for some reason other places just dont get the job done smh

The cleaning ladies were extremely rude and got upset at me because another male washing gave me a quarter to finish drying my clothes apparently she was yelling at me in Spanish that Im not allowed to receive quarters from other people . Lame
