The store is ok but Cox Cable in general is beyond horrible!! They have been LYING to my husband about our cable for the last 24 hours (and this is a man with pancreatic cancer that depends on his tv/cable for his only entertainment. You cant depend on ANYTHING they say!! Oh and the technicians on the phone are clueless even with instructions being on the screen in front of them.
Convenient place to shop Cox equipment, pick up Modems, pay your bill and even discuss plans to make sure you have the best available service. Consultants are very helpful. Love the face to face communication.
The worst ISP ever!
Must wear mask a plus! There was a line but everyone distanced themselves and it moved quickly. The guys working the counter were friendly and fast.

Went in to get promised credit after horrible install and billing experience because rep on phone dropped the ball. I should have stayed home because Cox does not empower the reps that work face to face with customers to credit accounts for charges that everyone has agreed should have been credited. I decided to call Cox from the store and sat on hold for 15 minutes while listening to the in store reps apologize to multiple walk-ins. There is a reason that Cox is losing subscribers and its not just because of high prices. Im on a mission now to look for an alternative Only reason I give 2 stars is because the rep in the store was nice.
I needed a new remote. I recommend the employees better explain how to program it to the t.v.

I had Cox for many years, went to AT&T for two years, and then back to Cox...and sorry I did. I get far less channels for the money and I dont like their customer service. Less than two years and one of my remotes went out. Trouble shooting with Cox didnt solve the problem so they said they would ship me another...it never came. Tomorrow Ill go to the Cox store to see if they have another remote there. What a hassle. I plan to leave Cox as soon as my contract is up if not before.

Customer service here far exceeds phone service which is a given because people are a little less bold when you are in front of them. That aside, very easy to work with staff here.
They doubled my price without telling me, then when I asked they offered to reduce it from $80 a month to $75 a to go from 30megabites/sec to 10. Really frustrated with their service, feel like they take advantage of you

I just had the most horrible experience at the Cox store in San Clemente. I went in to exchange a faulty piece of Cox equipment. The employee Adam was beyond rude. I have never written a negative review before and try to remember the saying “Be kind to unkind people as they need it most” but find I am unable over look his rudeness. I drove directly from Cox to the AT&T store near Walmart and will be switching to them.

I am going to be moving to the area. I wanted to choose my bundle but, I also want to see the channel line up before choosing, which it will not let me do without an account. I guess I will be sticking with Time Warner.
This company takes advantage of the elderly by over-billing and LYING about services being provided.
