YNG has been so amazing! I regularly take classes there at least twice a week. The instructors are all so good and professional. Today I did an inversion clinic and it was SO phenomenal!! The owner Debra and instructor Susan are so attentive and really just radiate sunshine ☀️ . They are so caring and love what they do. Our community is very privileged to have YNG here 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🥰♥️

YNG is one of the most authentic and spiritual yoga studios that I have ever attended. I moved down to this area specifically so that I may practice and train with YNG. I would recommend this studio to everybody who has an interest in yoga or in changing their life. This holy space is good for beginners and advanced practitioners of yoga. YNG Yoga Studio has been my place of practice and source of fitness for over 10 years. I cannot imagine life without the five star -exceed your expectations-level of yoga offered by this studio. The overall strength training and conditioning for the mind and body that happens inside this studio is life changing.At 58 years old I’ve never felt stronger or more in tune with my body. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a rigorous workout routine. The owners Todd and Deborah have just completely remodeled the studio from the inside out — all state of the art and immaculate. You have to see it and experience it to believe it!

YNG studios is a game changer! I came in with arthritis and severe scoliosis which caused me some pain. Thanks to YNG studios and the great training I get there I am no longer am pain. This studio beautifully intertwines the yin and yang, with excellent teachers across a wide variety of class types. One heated and another non-heated room, each with a unique feel. Clean space with a nice sound system.Just lovely!

YNG Studios is my home away from home. I can’t even count how many different types of classes are offered- from the quiet meditation in Yin all the way to the ramped up super challenging Ripped classes which combine a yoga flow with a series of exercises with weights and everything in between. They have classes to meet anyone at their own personal level and help us grow our practices to our highest potential and beyond. And the best part is it feels like family when I’m there. A gem of a yoga studio. Every class Ive been to is an A+, from restorative with candlelight to the hot 26-series serious workout. Also, and this is telling, there is a kind and welcoming vibe from both employees and the other yogis.

YNG Yoga is the BEST! Ive been loving their heated YNG HOT 26 and SHREDYNG classes, BEST workout ever, its the perfect mix of intense and soulful. The instructors are top notch, Deborah and Debby are AMAZING, and they also play really good music. I feel incredible after each class. Ive not only lost weight, but my joints and various injuries (shoulder, back, achilles) feel way better after doing one month of hot yoga then I spent doing 3-4 months of Physical Therapy. My daughter loves the KIDYNG non-heated yoga (ages 8-18) as well and really enjoys her instructor, Kylie. My son even commented on how relaxed he felt after just spending 10 minutes inside the warm and (good smelling) waiting room. Theres honestly a class for everyone at this studio, and they have showers as well. Located right near the nice downtown area of San Clemente. Just go, its a great spot with really good people.

Asana FIT is one of the best yoga studios weve run into here in Orange County. Great instructors, and a really nice variety of classes. Excellent for beginners like me, or more seasoned devotees. They also offer a great assortment of special events---Chiron gong is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, and access is easy. The people really make it---everyone is extremely nice and encouraging. If youre looking for yoga in San Clemente or nearby cities, I would definitely try them first.

Awesome variety of classes, amazing teachers and very reasonably priced! Everyone is very welcoming and full of love! Theres everything from relaxing yin yoga to more intense asana sculpt classes and everything in between. Highly recommended!

After working out my entire life and trying all types of workouts, Ive finally arrived. Asana fit offers such a wide variety of classes that each offer an amazing workout for mind, body and soul. The studio offers both heated and non-heated classes which I like. As a beginner to Yoga, I was not intimidated, I felt welcomed and amazing World Class instructors teach classes in a way that accommodate any level Yogi. My personal favorite is the heated Sculpt classes. I even completed my first 30 day challenge in December and kicked off 2015 in the best shape of my life! The studio also offers a variety of unique workshops almost every weekend. Ill never go anywhere else!
