Kevin did a fantastic job handling a rather complicated water damage job at my home. Not only was he the only estimator (out of 5!) to properly map out all of the wet areas, but he was INCREDIBLY patient, and took the time to do things right (unlike the other 4). I knew within minutes of meeting him that he was a genuine person, and Kade is lucky to have such an upstanding person as their representative. I will definitely be recommending Kade to anyone I know in need.

Kade did a wonderful job on a water damage remediation project for a kitchen island in a property I manage in San Clemente. I have used KADE Restoration services on a couple of different occasions. Having three small kids there have been overflowed toilets, leaks, and my laundry room flooded a year or two ago. KADE Restoration was very prompt they came and cleaned the area and put it back together better than it was before the problem. They are honest, friendly, clean, and do a great job. Kade made the experience from start to finish seamless. Mark and crew came out on a Sunday and started the dryout process. Everyday I would be updated and our house was left clean. Appreciate all the attention to detail.

Our house flooded, we called them and were told theyd be here within the hour which was a huge relief with an inch of water upstairs that had leaked into and flooded the garage....and they never showed up. So frustrating! We called back after 3 hours, were put on hold, and told they couldnt reach the guy who was supposed to take care of it.UPDATE: The owner Kirk has reached out and profusely apologized for a miscommunication on their end. While it still left us out to dry (no pun intended), my understanding is that they are typically a good company to work with and we drew the short stick the night of our flood with them.
An upstairs toilet leaked into a downstairs bedroom closet. What a mess! Water, mold, and ruined keepsakes! Greenwall Plumbing suggested we contact Kade. Kevin and Steve came right over. Kevin explained the process. He also noticed what he believed to be asbestos material in the closet ceiling. Scott, the Project Manager, contacted VM3 Environmental Testing. We tested positive for asbestos! Scott then contacted Superior Abatement. Kevin met with their representative to ensure that the project went smoothly. Scott again contacted VM3 to re-test to verify the asbestos was gone. Once we passed the test, Steve and Michael and Daniel sanded, applied anti-microbial foam, and set up the dehumidifier. Within two days, we were ready for Greenwall Plumbing to repair the pipe. Many thanks to Scott for coordinating everything and keeping us constantly apprised. I hired this crew twice. Once for a water damaged kitchen when our reverse osmosis system decided to take a break and flooded our kitchen with an inch of water. The KADE team was so quick, they showed up in under 30 minutes and started the dry out immediately. Dont get me wrong, the equipment they use to dry out the home is a little noisy but the crew and communication was so good we knew how the whole process was going to go down. Our insurance company with the help from KADE put us in a hotel for a few nights while kitchen was clean up from the water damage. Then for the repairs we decided to do a full on remodel and Kirk and Scott really know their stuff and helped us with the selections and getting good pricing. Now the new kitchen looks amazing. Okay, this is a long one, Ill leave the bathroom story for another time, but KADE did a wonderful job both times around and were awesome with dealing with our insurance company.
I was referred to Kade by my neighbor when I found out that I had a slab leak 2 months after moving into my new home. They came within an hour of the call and were efficient and had everything taken care of immediately. My slab leak turned into a plumbing job gone wrong and Turned into a 3 month nightmare for my family with insurance claims etc. If it wasnt for Mark Findley and Kevin Farrell from Kade I honestly dont know what I would have done. Mark has been there for me every step of the way and has spent countless hours of his time on the phone with me and coming out to the house with sub contractors to asses the damage in my home. Kevin has come several times as well including Halloween evening to tape up my childrens wall as a courtesy and so they didnt have to look at giant holes in the middle of the night. I will always callKade for any needs in the future. Without Mark and Kevin this process would have been much more difficult for myself and my family and I can never repay them for going above and beyond to get my house back to normal.
They were very prompt and professional for the initial visit, but never called back or followed up. I referred them to a friend (my mistake) and they did the same thing to them.
I recently had a water line break behind my washing machine that ended flooding my laundry room, kitchen, dining room and living room. As you can imagine this what quite overwhelming having over half your house soaking wet. I called a plumber to fix the line I had used in the past and he said he recommends Kade Restoration for the dry-out portion. I called Kade and they were out quickly and began work immediately. They explained everything they were going to do and provided a timeline for the dry-out. Their employees were efficient, clean and knowledgeable. I cant imagine going through this without the help of Kade!!! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!!!!
The work itself was fine, and worth 5 stars. The communication with the project lead however was horrible. Is it unreasonable to expect dates and times of when workers will be in to do the work? Is it too much to get a returned phone call or text message? I simply wanted to know the dates and times to expect the work to be done. Once again...is that unreasonable?Again, the work itself is fine...very professional and thorough-but in my case I felt like I was ignored when simply trying to get updates on the project which I thought was completly unprofessional. What is the point of having of a contact with Kade if that contact doesnt follow through on items he promises and doesnt return your calls?
