I had a wonderful experience with this FedEx Center in San Clemente, Ca. Joe, Willy, and Alexys all worked on some very precious cards made from my paintings and did a fantastic job! I appreciate the care and attention to detail which made them a wonderful memory for me and my loved ones.I trust their expertise and friendly attitude. Joe kept me posted and patiently answered all questions that I had. I cant recommend them highly enough!

I can not thank FedEx and Kevin enough.I left a piece of luggage at the local Hampton Inn and drove off about 5 hours and 400 miles later I realized my mistake. I called the hotel and FedEx Kevin drove his own personal vehicle to the hotel picked up the luggage and boxed it up to be shipped home. He was very professional and understanding.This is the type of customer service that will make me choose FedEx over USPS and UPS

I had to print a large picture for my daughter’s college assignment. We did not have much time. A couple of the printing shops in the área could not do it. Kinkos was my last chance and working with Kevin, the manager at the San Clemente store. We were able to get it done. Thank you Kevin !!!!

I dropped off a packge in this locations dropbox inside the store. A month later I get a notification that the package was never scanned, and the recipient never received the pacakge, leaving me responsible for the cost of the contents. Whether it was theft or incompetence, I would use a different location. This cost me almost $500.

I drive down here from Laguna yo do my shipping because everyone is so nice. Always a great experience. Rarely a line, easy to reach them by the phone if you have a question about your shipment.

Very helpful, got in and out in no time. Have been there all different times and have always been able to accomplish what I needed to in a timely manner.

Constant revolving staff, inconsistent printing policies.I used to go once a month to print a few things off using the machines they have in the back.New staff doesnt know the differences in the printing abilities of their front and back machines, and things I used to be able to print are now against company policy.I recommend avoiding this location.

Never had a problem with copies or mailing from here.

Shipped my mail almost two weeks ago and still havent gotten my package, i kept calling them and they said they didnt have my package. Better off using usps

Terrible service. Shipped a bicycle, paid to have it packaged by FedEx and they did a terrible job, the bike was scratched all over and broken when it got to its destination. Save yourself the grief and just use USPS.

Friendly staff. The manager patiently took the time to help me make identity photos in French format (special background color, special size ... Compared to the US format), and without making me pay any additional cost compared to the photos US.
