I have a 2018 MacBook Pro not turning on for almost a year, when went to the apple store I was told the cost could be over $1000.I lost hope to get it fixed. I shattered my iPhone 7 Plus screen and was gratified and amazed that Patrick repaired it on the spot. Thinking it would take a day or two, he completed the repairs in just 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with Wireless Hive and I’m recommending them to all my friends and family.

I’ve been to the hive on two occasions now both being wonderful experiences. The first time my mic on my phone wasn’t working so Patrick helped me out by taking apart my phone and getting rid of some water damage. Everything was done thoroughly, and professionally. I actually had to visit them today regarding a connection issue with my port, and I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name but he was very honest telling me it wasn’t the port, and to try a new charger. Sure enough problems solved. This is a solid place. I’ll always come here with my phone problems.

I brought my Mac desktop in for a complete system overhaul. Lee turned out to be amazing. After diagnosing my situation, the team in the shop provided me with options and solid advise. Lee contacted me over the phone as various options dropped into place during the overhaul. Their service was amazing and prices seemed to be reasonable for the time and work completed. Trevor kindly offered to help our school repair our ipads for our kindergarten students. It was a great experience from the initial contact on yelp to picking up of the ipads at the end. His prices are very fair (as we had done our research). These ipads were in bad condition and they are fully functioning great ipads now. Once the board had been replaced Jason, gave me a call and noticed it was still low and gave a great quote on a new hard drive and everything was done so fast with so much thought. Very Disappointed! I dropped off my Galaxy S8 Plus to replace the back glass screen for $51 and install a front & back screen protector. Once the technician Trevor was getting ready to install the screen protector after replacing the back glass screen, he then tells me that he cant because theirs a crack on the front side of the screen! I was in shock! I look at my phone all day everyday and there is NO WAY a crack on the front side of my phone prior to him installing the new back panel. I told him that he should require all customers to review there products prior to giving it to them for service and have a damage report. But he said we normally do, but this was a quick repair. It was quick way to charge me an extra $300 to repair the front side now. I have been here 2-3 other times for phone repairs in the past and never had an issue like this but I never dealt with nor met Trevor before as well. I was so heated at the moment when he told me this bad news, that I had to leave the store. This repair ended up costing me more money and time in the long run. I pay for a service to make my life easier but in this case it made it worse. I tried to get in touch with the Manager Zach but its unfortunate that he is out of town and hopefully he can resolve this issue when he returns. Make sure you inspect your products before giving it to these guys.

Jason did a fabulous job replacing my teenager’s iPhone SE glass. The shattered glass made the phone inoperable and I was unsure if the glass would fix the phone. Jason was patient and pleasant and he changed the glass and fixed the phone in a few hours. I recommend fixing your inoperable phones with Jason before exchanging the phone using your insurance.

No. So I had to come back here twice in one day because he screws my phone up the first time. He gave me the speech about how yeah this happens sometimes because of the wire being out of place blah blah blah. I don’t want to know the mechanics of your mistake pal just fix my phone so I can go on with my day. Not to mention that he had the nerve to ask if I wanted to spend $20 on tempered glass. LOL finally, it has been two weeks and my phone heats up unnecessarily and the touchscreen does not work properly. Also they use cheap parts and charge you top dollar. I will not be going there again

I brought in my macbook last week because it was acting up and noticed how it was extremely slow. Very big thanks to Trevor for helping me out and explaining that it was a HDD issue. I left my macbook for a couple days and within a few days i got a call that it was ready and all good. I highly recommend this place! Im definitely coming back in the future.

They shorted my iMac logic board, then tried to blame it on the person they bought the board from. They are not qualified to be working on Apple computers, not even sure if they have certifications.

Ive brought multiple devices to Wireless Hive. They are truly amazing. Two days ago, my MacBook Air compeltely shut off due to virus issues. They not only cleared out the viruses, but they also fixed some overheating issues- all in less than 24 hours. I could cry over how much better my computer works now :)I live in Carlsbad now but wont hesitate to make the 35 minute drive to them.THANK YOU x100000
