Yesterday I went in to have copies made. I had 18 pages that I just needed slightly reduced. The three employees I encountered were very nice. However, the manager was extremely rude and would not let me wait for the copies. I spend a lot of my own money on classroom supplies but I guess I will not be spending anymore money at this store.

Blonde manager is so rude. I understand she is busy but you don’t talk to customers with a bad attitude She needs to go to customer service 101

I needed to get a bootable copy of Windows 10 I looked on Google and they said they have it in stock I go to the store and no employees know anything about it they dont have it in stock they told me to go online to buy it at which time I asked them how do I go online if I dont even have an operating system on my computer? How do I go online if I cant boot up my computer? All I get is duh I dont know maybe Walmart?

What an embarrassment. Not a soul at the front desk, a blonde older woman was stocking a nearby shelf. Had to go find her, we were trying to buy an office chair. My husband approached her and merely asked how he can purchase the chair because there was no one at the desk and the worker began to give him attitude and walking away yelling across the store for the chair. I just got my tonsils removed and I cannot wear my mask, and when my husband looked at her and expressed he wasn’t mad she rudely responded and then yelled I need to put my mask on. (I was four aisles away from everyone) If it was such a big deal to wear it, hire someone for the front door. This woman has no business working in retail with her nasty attitude. Tell her to stay home if she’s scared. Don’t support this business!

The employ trevor was very helpful. He is gone now but he knew what he was doing.

My wedding is on Friday and I waited until the last second to print out the seating chart. I went in late night and worked with Jen, and she was my wedding angel! My template was the wrong size, she fixed it and had it printed out in minutes. She SAVED me, all while being so kind and talking me off the wedding ledge. She is AMAZING!

Had a very disappointing experience here today. I placed on online order and received confirmation for pickup. When I arrived at the store today they said they had sold the items and that they didn’t pull them for our order before selling them. When I told them I had driven 30+ minutes to their store to pick up the items their only response was “sorry it’s not our fault, it was our system”. They never offered anything beyond that. No offer to ship directly to me or any other form of help for me to get my ordered items.Needless to say I’m very disappointed in their customer service and will not be shopping at Office Depot moving forward.

Staff very friendly and helpful just hard to find....only 1 employee on floor during my visit. They had everything I was able to locate and most were discounted to boot. Just wish there was another employee able to help me find my remaining items.

Great store. Not so knowledgeable stuff, but its ok, I can google. Store is clean and easy to navigate through. Great sales always.

It seems every time I walk in I am always greeted and asked if I need help. Further, the print department is outstanding. They get customer service. 5 stars, 5 thumbs up!

The print staff here is awesome. They have done a few custom projects with me and helped figured / suggested creative way to make the projects less expensive.

Its okay for office supplies. They dont stock all the technology items listed on their website so be sure to call ahead. Plenty of parking.

Came in on sunday at 330 and the place was empty. There were 4 employees standing around. I got my item and went to checkout and waited while 3 guys casually chatted with the only other customer in the store. Poor customer service and and wasted labor.
