$3 for 3min!!??...enough to get the vehicle halfway wet and your shoes fully soaked, I cant stand lazy but cant stand paying more for half the wash that a quick drive through gives you. Dont recomend, unless you drive one of those pointless bubble cars.

Its a good buggy wash. 5 stalls in front and vacuums in back, but they are right up on the street. If its busy and you have to wait... the parking is very awkward in the front and basically have to pick a stall and if you choose wrong, anyone who comes in after you will snatch up the ones that open up... Ive been that unlucky one and have 3 cars who got there 10-15 mins after me, get in and already leave before the stall I was in f0ront of open up.

This place used to be really nice, but some time ago a new owner took over. First, it’s dirty and stinky. I still come here if I have to.My biggest complaint since the new owners took over is the noise. I live nearby and never had issues with it before. Not only do we deal with the loud music, burnouts and constent yelling, it’s been a place where the homeless hang out at night snd early mornings making a mess of the place. Not to mean toon the paramedics being there for the OD’s. Lastly there is a caretaker who cleans the place late at night with a leaf blower for hours at a time. I feel bad for the people who live above the wash as they get all that and bad. I hope this review finds the owner so they can address this.

AVOID Buggy Bath!!! I stopped just to wash the dirt from the recent storm off my vehicle. The sign says $3.00. Okay, Im willing to pay that. I used my credit card and rinsed off the dirt. It took all of 3 minutes. They charged my card $10.00. AVOID San Clemente Buggy Bath.

Machines are half broken. They steal your money. The lot is full of trash and dangerous sharp objects. No pride. No shame. Screw this place. This place is a stain on this town

Love this place. Its really low key and chill if you want to really put some time in yourself to clean your car. Everyone that uses this facility is pretty chill.

One of the worst coin-op car washes in Orange County. I lived in SC and DP for a time and reluctantly used this place due to its location. So many problems plague this wash but they all boil down to lack of concern or care from ownership. Trash, low water pressure, super old equip, machines that take your money, extremely dirty wash-bays. Learn from my mistakes and just avoid the place altogether.

Stop here for a quick do-it-yourself carwash. Ive been going here for 20 years, and it hasnt changed a whole lot in that time, save for converting to self-service card readers in each bay so you dont have to use cash (it used to be quarters only). Pretty well maintained, but the brushes can get worn out before the folks get a chance to replace them. Never had any non-functioning equipment here that I can recall, or any empty wash fluids. My kids love coming here with me and using the high pressure rinse... Fun for them to feel the power!

What can I say? Its the only coin op self wash in San Clemente. Costco car wash will rub the paint off a large car or Truck.Its a $3 minimum charge but will cost you about $5 if you hustle.

The cost of a 5 minute do-it-yourself wash is 12 quarters. The coin slot for the wash bay my car was in was jammed. I donated three quarters seeing if I could get it to work. Not worried about losing the 3 quarters. However, there is a card swiper for a debit or credit card just above the coin slot. I used it due to the situation of it being jammed. Surprisingly I am being charged $10 from my debit card. I did not notice anywhere a warning about a $7 fee or $10 total charge for electronic transaction. Tried calling to get clarification. Its one of those lines that just rings endlessly and never identifies itself. Used the number indicated from Google. I may ask my bank to investigate. Appears to be a scam for someone. The spray nozzle worked well. Not much foam soap ejects from the horse hair brush but it was just enough. Its in San Clements and I thought that area was weird. Lots of bad Karma happened to me on that street for such a short visit. I couldnt wait to get out of there and get on my way again.

Great! All machines were well stocked and functioning perfect!

I put a $10.00 bill in the change machine today and I was given $7.00 worth of quarters, 28 quarters. Instead of the $10.00 worth I should have gotten from the machine. I have used the change machine for several years and never had a problem before. Called them to tell them they needed to check the machine and give me my $3.00 worth of quarters. The number just rings, no way to contact owner to get what I am owed. Went to insert the couns into Bay 3 and it seemed to have its own magic math it required 3 extra quarters for my $2.75 wash. So I am not too happy with the amount of money that i gave them for my do it yourself wash. I have never had an issue there before. Will not be getting change there anymore.

Its a great place to wash your, if ever Any problem theres a door in front next to the quarter dispensary leave a note you will get a response .

Cash to quarters changes machines dont work. Some machines will only take your money and not work properly.What is going on here?Fix it.

Love this place for a quick in and out wash vacuum, but today Jan 21 the carpet wash.vacuum machine ate my quarters and didnt work.

This place used to be terrible. The credit card machine never worked correctly, the control panel used to pay and set various wash cycles was well worn and most times did not work. Used to get soaked from hoses that leaked from above. However--about 1 month ago they completely fixed everything. All new equipment. No more water leaks from hoses. The control panels where you pay were all replaced with brand new devices. When you would switch from wash-soap-rinse-wax, the controller now works perfectly. The only problem now is trying to get in touch with the company. Tried many times to contact them--but they never answer the phone--and you cannot leave a voice message. I was charged twice--a mistaken duplicate charge on my credit card--and cannot contact anyone to have this charge erased.

A little run down. But effective car wash. 1star taken away because one of the vacuums was out of order.

No help available or accessible at all when assistance needed. My car keys got sucked up in the vacuum hose (end cap was broken). Every number posted here goes to some place else. No way to get help at all. Clearly these people either don’t give a damn about customers or are lazy to the point of negligence.

I was pleased with the car wash as well as the vacuums, good time for the money, and the people running it are great!! Ill be back. Way better than getting ripped off on shotty job done at the detail place in town.

Not cheap here. Quite expensive and you do not get good water either that is filtered so your car does not get spotty. Very little water comes out for what they charge you here. I will change rating if they change price,water pressure and water quality. Paying a premium here for non premium self service car wash. If you want to charge premium at least offer premium. Water pressure here is really bad and low so it takes forever to wash car which means more money for car wash owner. Owner needs to up water pressure here

Its certainly a really nice place to get your vehicle cleaned up.. I jus have to place 2 stars from having to leave for another Coin Wash locations as this place needs to have & get repairs done often..

Awesome that we have a place where we can do our own washes! And they take cards! However the place is a bit run down... I have experienced no water pressure. No chemical ex. No soap when selecting soap.

A coin-operated car wash, where you wash your own car. Its the fastest and cheapest way to get your car clean, especially if you dont have a place to do it at home. Another plus is that you know the person washing your car will be careful because youre the one washing it. Loses a star because sometimes things are broken, mostly because of the high volume of washes this place does.

Nothing works in this place. Power wash was broken and never got my money back. Vacuum doesn’t work well, horrible! Do NOT come here, I’m so aggravated and feel like I was robbed.

All the dispensers work and plenty of water pressure.

I’m not a person to complain about little things but I wanted to vacuum my car here. Ok, well I put $1.25 and the vacuum was so weak, it was completely useless...So I said whatever, moved to the other vacuum and guess what? The same thing!Now this is just ridiculous and a complete waste of $2.50. Whoever maintains this place need to really step it up!Would not recommend to anyone. Cannot even reach them to tell them about this issue.AVOID THIS PLACE and if you are heading north, use the Mission Viejo self-hand car wash.

I liked the equipment....didnt like the over charge. Charged me 10 dollars for 5 minutes. Is that standard? I thought it said $2.75 for 4 minutes.

This is the only spray car wash around and I use this place often especially when washing my Mercedes Sprinter Van. The owner takes great care to ensure everything is working properly.

Machine took my money, 3.50, and doesn’t work.Have driven down here over the years just for the car wash, NEVER AGAIN as owner does not answer phone.I want my money back and will report you to the city

Wow this car wash really sucks. For $3 you only get 4 mins. Thats not enough time to wash my truck. I turned the knob to rinse and soap was coming out. The presoak wasnt presoak it was more like a water downed soap with no color to it. The spot free rinse was not at all spot free because when I got home my girl asked if I took the car to get it washed. Lol there were spots everywhere sorry guys but dont go here

24 hours 7days a week is nice. In the summer i will wash and wax at midnight. Its in a somewhat industrial swath of mission viejo. Across from a home depot. For $ 2.00 I SOAP AND HAND WASH. ***For another $2bucks i spotfree rinse. Good value.The drive thru automated washers are pretty good for a complete wash.2 auto machines and 6 do it yourself stations. Vac are a rip. 2$ for two min.

Wear your wetsuit. I got soaked from water leaking from above. Ive used a lot of coin car washes and this is the worst. The hose was upside downPointing at you when the water starts. Almost funny. Also expensive.

Poor stalls, and overpriced washes. They will take your coins and the majority of the time not all the parts work, ie brushes or vacuums. The trash in back by the vacuums is frequently dumped, and it shady characters are hanging around. Go elsewhere.
