Terrible. I had an appointment at 7:45 AM for fasting blood work. I arrived a little early. At 8:30 I asked why I am waiting so long when I had an appointment. They didnt realize I had an appointment. You check in with a machine. Shouldnt that tell them? They took me back right away and put me in an empty stall. And a phlebotomist walked past me and brought somebody else back and I had no one to help me. So I just had to sit there and wait Horribly understaffed and mismanaged
I know my veins are small. Other locations usually able to draw my blood first trial or maximum two trial. This location inject in for about five times and wasn’t able to locate the veins appropriately. I rescheduled but on second thought I’d prefer to go to Tustin location because they were able to.
Go to Quest. Unfortunately, my insurance does not allow me to go to Quest, but if you can, DO IT! They are professional and friendly. Here? Wait times are absurd, it’s impossible to get an appointment, the hours are ridiculous, and they have an incredibly inconvenient lunch break at 11:30-12:30. An hour for lunch? Really? Not to mention the fact that they’ll probably close before you even get your blood work done because they close at 3pm and it’s over an hour wait 90% of the time. Jesus, how hard is it to deal with customer service? How is it that Quest is top notch and this place is garbage? Management NEEDS to do something about this.
I had a walk in and they still got me done in a timely matter. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician were so kind and I left in a better mood than I came!! (What a weird thing to say about getting blood work done😂) but its true!! My mom also loves this place. Staff is just very friendly and professional all around.
They were so fast, efficient and friendly. Mobile check in was a breeze. Only had to wait a few minutes. Lab Tech was super sweet about me being anxious. They have photos of the ocean in all their rooms for a bit of calming emergy...nice touch.
Actually, 4.5... If they EVER get their act together in running their stupid site, so that I dont have to re-enter all my info every time I need an appointment... I will be happy to upgrade.. Actually, that would also include teaching ALL their associates to to get nice, smooth painless needle inserts, like some do EVERY time.
Got there before opening...in & out in a snap. Kevin is a masterful phlebotomist... hit begin first try with minimal discomfort & no bruising. Whole staff was friendly and warm.
When i come in on time for an appointment i don’t expect i will have to wait 30 minutes for a simple blood draw.
This place has the worst customer service, my daughter and I walked in at 11:12 am and Kevin at the front desk said he was not taking in anymore patients, Because his lunch time was at 11:30am Kevin Would not allow me to sign in or wait in the lobby and asked me to come back at 12:30pm .. not feeling well I agreed and when I got back at 12:30pmThe doors were locked I and four other people were still waiting to get in. 12:40Pm 10 minutes passed and I had to bang on the door with my walking cane. To have them unlock the door When the door was opened the female receptionist Katrina said she did not know how to unlock the door ???? And the lobby was already packed with 6 people waiting already. How did they get in if the office was locked and per Kevin no one was allowed to be in the office while they were at lunch . Terrible service !! Management where are you
Great staff. Amazing processing time for the 12-15 people waiting for morning opening. Excellent veinipunture skills! As painless and bruiseless as possible. Easy to make appointments on line.
I have never had a negative experience here. Techs sometimes greet you by name when they recognize you. Can answer questions regarding lab orders . New suite since March 2018. Large waiting area with water cooler.
They dont pick up phone calls and I left a message and didnt heard back. The doctors office doesnt know if the faxed lab order were successfully sent or not. I have called 4 times left message 3 times and still no call back. Customer service is poor. I called their customer relations toll no. they were no help as well.

Extremely friendly, fast, and professional. The longest I ever wait is ten minutes and its usually five minutes.

This patient service center has no clue about service. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The wait times are over 45 minutes to an hour. If you have a copy of your insurance card they require you to have the original although your lab requisition filled out by yourbphysician.
Still waiting after 45 minutes, then told it is still going to be a long wait, as they are short staffed . Sounds like they are not to concerned with customer service. Then told there is no one here,but they are coming. Id leave but I need the test.
