Setting an appointment was quick and effectively confirmed via the internet and phone.3. The engineer called upon arrival, was on-time4. The engineer reviewed the affected area and gave me some clear options, without pressure.5. The engineer allowed me to select the area to be tested, to minimize obvious signs of edit.6. I received the results as promised.Overall a really great experience during a time of duress!I heartily recommend 3West Environmental.

I am an agent representing a buyer on a property. As a result of the home inspection, there was an area of potential mold mentioned. We had a short inspection timeframe and Tim made himself available on Labor Day weekend to meet our tight timeframes. He evaluated the home and offered his recommendations on areas that needed further swab testing. He was professional and thorough! I would not hesitate at all on calling him again and referring him!

He came and assessed the area, explained what he had to do, and was finished and had cleaned everything up in a very short amount of time. THIS IS YOUR GUY - I have called and spoken with almost a dozen different experts and they couldnt answer half of the questions I asked. Not only did Tim answer every single question, he expanded upon them and gave me advice that would inevitably save me money. Hell give it to you straight, even if it means that an inspection is a wasted expense and he doesnt get the job. The man is honest and clearly takes pride in the business hes built. It seems like theyre getting harder and harder to come by these days. Give the guy a call. Seriously. Youll save yourself a ton of time and hassle.

We were having some issues in our cabinets with mold. I set up an appointment and Tim came down and checked everything out and he was very thorough and explained all what he was doing and then he ran some sample tests to send off to the lab. The agent was very helpful, explained the process clearly to me, and promptly scheduled a visit by the technician. The technician was on time the day of theappointment and completed his as described.The results of the test were received within a reasonable time and the paperwork was easy to read.Overall we are very pleased with the performance of the staff at 3West Environmental.

Needed to get some asbestos and lead paint testing because of mold damage in our house.The mold damage was in a few different areas.Tim came out right away and was very thorough and walked us through the entire process.We also ended up taking some mold samples as well throughout the house to help determine the extent of the areas of concern.While were not happy with the situation, we are very pleased with the work Tim did for us.
