I went back to block advisory to my accountant from previous years. Somehow this time, she was extremely rude and agitated unlike previously. I was the last client of the day and she got me in 15 minutes after my appointment time which I understood how busy she must have been all day. I showed up with all prepared documents along with total calculation of numbers, so it would be simple and easy. After she plugged all numbers in and she informed me the cost of service. I was rather taken by unexpected high cost. So I asked her to lower the expense for me since it is not much different from previous years and also my income went down considerably. The second I asked for discount, she immediately became extremely rude and saying how she spent 2 hrs with me which it only has been 70 minutes. I knew she was very tired and she was ready to go home which it understandable. Instead of informing me that she could either talk to her boss, the way she treated me was so very unprofessional.
