My physically demanding lifestyle isn’t possible without Tae. Tae has a unique skill of strengthening and healing for the most effective way to prepare me for all the great adventures yet to be had skiing and kiteboarding. He understands how the body moves and designs private workouts, specifically for your body, to gain strength through movement. Instead of sitting at a machine doing repetitive lifting reps, he has me jumping on boxes, balancing on bosu balls, doing backrolls to burpees, and pikes while balancing on a ball. Dynamic and active movements. All followed by Trigger point and cupping therapy to break up adhesions in muscles and tendons formed by sitting too long, injuries, and just overuse. Tae is very skilled and highly recommended.
All the equipment you need, doesnt get too crowded which is a plus. Weights are decently organized.
