If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment weeks in advance for the Geek Squad to install a dash camera. I received a confirmation email and a reminder email 2 days before the appointment. When I arrived and checked in, an Associate was called over from another area. When he arrived and started asking me what I was there for, it was clear he didnt have any idea I was there for my appointment. When I explained I had an appointment right now for an install, he proceeded to tell me he would need to reschedule my appointment to another location because they didnt have an installer on duty. When questioned how that could be and that I wasnt notified of any cancellation, he tried to explain their installer only worked part-time and only one day a month, etc. I had no idea what excuses he was trying to make or explain, but the point was I had a confirmed appointment, and if that had changed on the part of Best Buy and Geek Squad, there was no notification. This is completely unprofessional and I cant understand how you could conduct business like that and not have a system in place to update and notify customers of changes. Best Buy and Geek Squad has lost my business. There are PLENTY of other options to buy electronics and get reliable service. Bye-bye!
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Geek squad agent Piero Palacios. He is knowledgeable and was very helpful. He completed the work on my iPhone in a timely manner and I am happy with the end results.
This place is a joke! I called Geek Squad to inquire if they repaired printers since I didnt see it listed. I was told yes they repair them and given a reservation. Went in for the reservation, was asked what was the issue, I stated it, then they told me, well we dont repair printers .

Called in about problems I was having installing some new computer hardware I had purchased and was told by Connor Id have to bring the computer in to the store and they could help install itHe could have walked me through the steps over the phone in 3 minutes, but instead he wanted me to lose a half day to take the computer in and another half day to pick it up in 2 weeks.I have a Geek Squad membership so it would have cost THEM more for me to take it in.I decided to return the hardware and purchase the same thing elsewhereBestBuy is Okay, Geek Squad is infested with lazy Prima Donas!
