One word to describe this place: unprofessional. My husband recently visited this place to do his taxes, but they had him leave all his paperwork and claimed that they would contact him within a week, which they failed to do. Considering that they cannot keep their word, and that they attempted to get my husband to sign paperwork with information that was not discussed with him, he decided that he was going to go to another tax place. You would think a true professional setting would keep their cool after being informed that they service would no longer be needed? NO! NOT HERE :) The tax lady was unable to regulate her childish anger, which led her to raise her voice at my husband while proceeding to tear up his paperwork in front of his face. As anyone would be after being treated horribly by a professional, my husband was bothered but their staff had their intentions set on defending their uncivil and disrespectful employee. To top it all off, her emotions continued to spiral after being told that my mother-in-law would also be taking her business elsewhere after experiencing their employees tantrum. In result, she continued to express her anger by verbally abusing my mother-in-law and husband. SO, if you want to be disrespected and helped by ill-mannered people, then this is the place to be.

Horrible annoying voice on the radio . You need to switch it up because so many people cannot stand her commercial .
