As a past resident this organization belittle me when I needed help with my child 8 years ago. Till this day I am traumatized by the Director Debbie actions and behavior towards me and her baised personality. Thank the lord that he has given me strength and Im now a successful story. I have my own house and stability and I make 6 figures. Which took alot of hard work. God has blessed me and my son. But being at this facility has traumatized me to the point I feel the need to comment. I was belittle and treated as unworthy from the director herself after being a victim of human trafficking. Go elsewhere its not worth risking your healing.

Donated clothing here on several occasions. When I call by phone to check drop off dates and times in advance, the staff is very friendly and helpful.Though, the last two occasions when I drop off donations, the person who receives the donations seems bothered, a little unfriendly.I enjoy donating here because Veronica’s home of Mercy is providing assistance for people in need, which is wonderful for the City and community. And I do believe they are making a positive impact on the lives of people who come here for help.And I understand that everyone has an off day. I just really hope the initial staff who take the women and children are friendly, when they arrive to seek help.

This place is so rude i got a call from daughter. She wanted help i call this place and the hang up on me when shes the one who called me this place needs to be investigated! How do i report this place

Who runs this facility this a rude place I want someone to come inspect the entire facility the ppl running this should not be working here I well continue to report this until someone reviews this
