The proctors are not friendly and they will make it hard for you to pass the CNA skills exam. Was failed for forgetting to place a pillow. However according to rules when proctor asks looking at the 6 patient rights what can you add? This gives us a chance to verbalize what we missed which I did and I still was failed. We need more CNAs in the workforce but proctors make it impossible.

Although it was an expensive program my teacher Dave Andrews definitely made it worth the while! He’s a very great instructor with a good personality and would recommend anyone to take his night class which is 4-8.

This chapter office has closed...the building is empty.

Every time I call to volunteer they transfer me to the Arkansas office. I guess its a good thing Im not trying to get help because it would never happen.
